Camping and touring

On-site accommodation

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 60 day(s) of arrival.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.
• Dogs are not allowed during high season between 01/07 and 31/08.
• Dogs are not allowed if you are staying in the accommodation units.
• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.
• The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
• The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
• Entertainment and activities are available between 01/07 and 31/08.
• Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.
• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m..
• The bar is open between 01/06 and 15/09.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: €500.00 (£433.03) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.
• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €100.00 (£86.61) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Occupancy

• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Pitches

• You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Reception

• Reception is open from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. between 15/03 - 15/05 and 28/09 - 13/10.
• Reception is open from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. between 15/03 and 15/05.
• Reception is open from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 01/07 and 31/08.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
• No charcoal barbecues allowed.
• Open fires are prohibited.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
