Lovely little site tucked away in the Worcestershire countryside. Fitted our requirements perfectly, which was to have a nice quiet space where we could choose our pitch. We were one of only two groups in the field on the 1st night we stayed, which made it feel like we had the whole space to ourselves. As described there are no shower facilities, but wasn't an issue for a short stay. Great weather also helped make the stay - but that obviously isn't always guaranteed!

Big shout out to the owner (I didn't get his name - thanks again if you read this) who provided a bottle opener which was key to getting the trip off to a good start, and also a jump start after my car battery died. Really helpful.

What a delight Waterford Lodge is. I was looking for a peaceful, stunning spot and that was exactly what was on offer. The owner warmly welcomed us and allowed me to pitch my tent near the woods for flexibility to stay and extra night. My puppy thought this was just haven as sniffed and roamed freely without disturbing the two other couples staying there.
The grounds were kept beautifully and the toilet was very clean and well lit in the starry skies.
We did several walks near by which were fabulous through fields and over dales! Saw plenty of wildlife including a random peacock ending up at the local pub - The Fox and Hound. The locals were so friendly and gave us a lift back after some tasty food, beer and laughter. A real treat and I hope the charm stays for our next visit. Thank you Waterford Lodge.

This campsite may not have electricity, but the setting is idealic, the hosts are attentive and the walkway to the toilet (and the toilet) is nice, not like your average campsite loo.
After our first night of camping I realised I hadn't come fully equipped as I had caught a chill. The hosts were kind enough to bring over some extra cushioning to protect my back and provide more comfort on our second night.
    Really recommend this place x
