It’s great to hear you enjoyed the dog-friendly atmosphere, though I completely understand the challenges with the muddy ground while the works are underway. The road surfaces are also on our radar for attention.

Liked Close to the entertainment areas, plenty of space. Ladies toilets were fine and warm, hubby reported the men's were not as pleasant. Well stocked shop, selling very welcome coffee and pastries in the morning.
We had fish and chips in the evening, which were beautiful and cost £18 each.

Disliked We arrived after dark, having never been to the site before so we were a little confused when we were told by the person on the gate 'just park anywhere' Anyway we did, but it was fine!

I’m sorry that the men’s toilets weren’t up to standard I’ve passed this on to our touring teams to sort. I also apologise that our Welcome Teams didn’t direct you as clearly as they should have on arrival we’ll make sure first-time visitors feel more confident finding their way next time.

Disliked The showers and toilets were not suitable for use really,too small, no where to put clothes, dirty and cold. Sinks not suitable for contact lens wearers

I’m genuinely sorry to hear you were disappointed with the shower and toilet facilities. This is certainly not the standard we aim for. Our facilities should always be clean, warm, and practical for all guests, including those with specific needs such as space for clothing or contact lens care. I will be passing this straight to our touring management team so we can address these concerns urgently.

Disliked Toilets were dirty (in the evening, they were cleaner the next morning)

Regarding the map, we do email this ahead of arrival, but we also have larger printed maps available at Reception for anyone who may need one. We do have our Elsan waste point located on the touring field, and I’m sorry this wasn’t easy to locate. Clearer signage is something we are actively working on it’s in our nature to keep improving.

Liked Great for riding bikes with a new rider. Clean site, great pump track. Entertainers and staff were kind.
Changed my booking for free because of high winds being dangerous to tow so I’m very grateful!

Disliked Everything closed very early or didn’t open. Maybe because it was a Sunday but I didn’t expect it.

Our park teams work super hard to keep everything spotless and are always up for a chat, a laugh, or to lend a helping hand they’re some of the best around!

During quieter, out-of-peak times, a few facilities may close a little earlier and there might be fewer activities running. If you fancy a busier vibe next time, we’d recommend booking during peak season when the park is buzzing with things to do and loads of fun to be had!

We do understand it can feel busy at times, especially during peak periods, but it’s in our nature to do everything we can to make sure all our guests have a comfortable stay.

You may like to come and try us out during an off-peak period, when there are fewer holiday guests and less activities and entertainment taking place. This may suit you better, and we’d love the chance to welcome you back.

Liked Lots to do for kids, plenty to choose from.

Disliked There was dog droppings everywhere, it’s was really unpleasant. We had to throw away our awning floor as it was everywhere plus a place when you empty waste water was blocked.

As for the dog mess, our park is home to a lot of wonderful wildlife from our many birds to the mischievous Mr Fox so it could well have been one of them leaving their mess behind! That said, we’ve placed plenty of dog bins around the park and always encourage all dog owners to be responsible and clear up after their pets. My apologies that this affected your stay.

On a brighter note, we’re so glad you enjoyed how much there is to do here. Our park is bursting with activities, facilities, and a fun-packed entertainment programme for all ages something we’re really proud of and always working hard to deliver.

Liked Easy, relaxed site with sensible but not restrictive rules. Lovely location and on site facilities very good

Disliked Motorhomes and caravans were parked by wardens very close together. Large space and all seemed crowded in a small area.

Liked The pitch

Disliked The toilet block. The toilet/shower block is a glass door! Which cannot be locked. The 4 shower cubicles can be looked over at the bottom and the top which is very disturbing. Anyone could walk into those blocks and look under or over at the person showering. I have never stayed somewhere before that is ok with this. Each cubicle should be self contained. As a result I didn't shower for two days. This needs to be addressed before I would consider staying on this site again. Plus the toilets were filthy each morning.
