Me gustó: The staff on arriving helpful and cheerful.
The site is good for families and fun but also peaceful enough if want to go for a walk around the lakes and fish 🎣
Only one person caught something but maybe need more adding into the lake

No me gustó: The only downside, is at the pool 🏊‍♀️ only 2 hot showers working facing the pool, which isn’t ideal when washing hair and body and the others freezing 🥶
One hairdryer working only out the two and need more and hand dryer wasn’t working in the toilets either.
No inside entertainment which is needed or maybe karaoke 🎤 for back up, if older people wanted some entertainment or if raining and cold not ideal outside all the time and something could be put in place for our next visit in August when we book a week sometime. Just a thought for teenagers and adults because most love a karaoke 🎤 and fun inside would be good 👍

Firstly, huge apologies if you came across any dog mess during your stay. That’s absolutely not the standard we aim for. We’ve recently purchased another load of bins which are on their way to the park now, and we’re placing them in key areas to help make it even easier for our guests to do the right thing.

We always stress the importance of picking up after our furry friends, and we’ll continue to reinforce this across the park.

We’re really pleased to hear you enjoyed the activities and found plenty to do, especially with children that’s exactly the kind of experience we want to create!

The fishing is definitely a favourite for many of our visitors, with a variety of species like carp, pike, roach, perch, and bream to catch. I wonder what you managed to reel in during your stay?

We’re glad you enjoyed the bars, entertainment (especially for the children), the lake assault course, and crazy golf. A number of new things have been added for this season to keep everyone entertained.

Regarding vehicle movement, we completely understand your concern. While we do not have the land to accommodate cars outside the park, we are always looking at options to improve the situation.

Plenty of things to entertain children ( unfortunately we wasn’t there for that ) could easily spend a week there as so much to do

No me gustó: The shower cubicle s was poorly ventilated so the spaces in the cubicles where you hang your clothes was very wet leaving you with wet clothes

I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to have your clothes getting wet in the shower cubicles. To help with this, we have a delivery of hooks on the way to the park very soon, which will make a big difference in keeping clothes dry and adding convenience during your next visit.

Regarding the toilet waste area and the queues, we completely agree that this isn’t ideal. We are planning to add a second waste pipe as part of our future development to help ease this issue and improve the overall experience.

Me gustó: Entertainment for young kids lots to do for the older kids

No me gustó: Showers only on for 15 seconds absolutely ridiculous and very annoying they were cold n shower cubicle too small no where to put your things except on the floor which then got wet . Touring pitches have no lights anywhere making it a accident waiting to happen

Regarding the cold showers, we are actively looking into this as we want to ensure no one has a chilly experience unless they choose to! That would spoil anyone’s day, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience.

We listen carefully to all feedback and act where we are able to make improvements. We’ve invested millions into the park to maintain the safety and wellbeing of all our holiday guests and owners, and we are continuing to implement further improvements. We recognise the importance of lighting on the touring pitches and are currently working on enhancing this to ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable.
