I am sorry to hear about your experience on the touring pitches. At this time of year, things can get a little hectic, and I completely understand how frustrating it must have been not to be placed next to your family as booked. We are already looking at ways to ensure a much smoother arrival process for our touring guests moving forward.

It’s in our nature to want every stay to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible, so your comments are really helpful in guiding us to keep improving the experience for all our guests.

Me gustó Big site lots to do but if you want to go swimming or do activities you must book in advance

No me gustó Took several drive arounds to find a space and not in the gild I had booked Very over crowded and a free for all and lots of people were mentioning it there were
Toilet attendance on site toilets were reasonably clean shower cubicle very small were too small bit disappointing that you are not advised to book activities before arrival

We’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed the size of the site and the variety of things to do it’s always great to know our guests make the most of what we offer. You are correct, our park is very large, but that just means there’s so much more to enjoy!

I am sorry that you experienced difficulties with your pitch allocation and that it felt overcrowded. At peak times, the park can be very busy, and we understand how frustrating it can be when pitches don’t match bookings. Our touring team are continually working on ways to make arrivals smoother and ensure everyone is allocated appropriately.

We have worked hard to ensure our entertainment and activities are available for all guests, offering lots of variety so everyone can have fun. Regarding activities, we provide an activities link
to ensure everyone gets a fair chance to book and to maintain safety. You can book up to 2 weeks in advance and plan your visit ahead of time. You can also view the full activity and entertainment programme online via the link.

Our touring teams follow a regular cleaning rota and are available to ensure the shower blocks are clean and ready for all our guests until late in the evening.

We’re delighted to hear you loved how much there is for the children to do our outstanding entertainment and activities programme has had a lot of time, planning, and hard work poured into it, so it’s great to see it paying off for families like yours.

Sorry you found the touring pitches a little on the small side. They are within the acceptable size guidelines, but we know that sometimes it can feel a bit snug depending on your setup. The good news is, with all the activities, entertainment, and open space around the park, there’s always plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your holiday!

It’s in our nature to keep improving, and your feedback helps us do just that.

No me gustó The campsite was far too loud, the staff directing us weren't interested and didn't care about anything, our spot was taken, and nobody cared. Our electricity, which we paid for, was simply taken by someone else, the toilets and showers were beyond unsanitary. We were glad we were only there for one night, passing through, and left quickly.

I must admit, I’m a little shocked to hear you found nothing to like about your stay there really is so much to do and see in every corner of the park, with guests at this time of season usually busy laughing, having fun, and making memories together. It’s in our nature to create those experiences, so I’m sorry to hear this wasn’t how you felt.

I’m also disappointed to read your comments about the facilities and service. Our touring teams are some of the best around and are always on hand from early morning to late evening to help, support, and ensure the shower blocks are kept clean. I’ll be looking into why you found them dirty, as that’s not the standard we aim for. It’s in our nature to make sure our facilities are welcoming and well looked after for everyone.

We take all feedback seriously, and while I’m sorry this was your experience, I hope you’ll see this was not typical of our park. We’ll keep working hard to ensure every guest has a clean, enjoyable, and memorable stay because it’s in our nature to care.

Me gustó Not much to be honest but if I had kids it may of been different

No me gustó Dirty run down sites, NO management did not get my booked space was just told “if someone is on your pitch just go anywhere!!!, next day I had an angry couple saying I am on there pitch , very noisy unruly loud kids , ban scooters and enforce speed limits for STAFF SECURITY guests AND kids/adults on scooters

Del administrador: Waaaw you didn’t like anything? That’s a real surprise to us, as we’ve been working so hard over the past year to invest back into the park. We’ve developed a number of exciting new areas and our park isn’t just for families with children it’s also a fantastic place for guests who want open spaces, peace, and the stunning surroundings gifted to us by Mother Nature herself.

Our beautiful water locations are a must-see, and our Lake Club is the perfect spot to kick back, relax, take in the views with a drink, or enjoy some of our famous gelato (talked about everywhere it really is that good). Add in our entertainment programme and you’ve got so much to love!

I can promise you, our park is definitely not run down. Of course, there are areas that still need work, but we’re on it we’ll never shy away from hard graft because we know why we’re here: for our holiday guests and owners. It’s in our nature.

I am sorry regarding the touring issues. We have a dedicated touring team to assist guests and we’re looking into why some weren’t placed on the correct pitch my apologies for this. Being a large park, we welcome a wide variety of people, all here to laugh, relax, and make memories together. That’s what it’s all about! As for scooters, we’re also working to ensure improved safety around the park.

No me gustó Walking around the ponds and rivers and seeing the litter that people have just left for whoever to collect

We feel very lucky to have such a wonderful location, with everything that Mother Nature has to offer from our rivers and lakes to the mini beasts and beautiful birds. It’s always lovely to hear our guests enjoy the walks and wildlife all day long.

We completely understand your concern about litter around the ponds and rivers. Like you, we’ve noticed this and do not want it to spoil the beauty of our park. We have added more bins around the park, and we all must do our part to keep the park beautiful and safe for everyone, including the incredible wildlife we’re so lucky to have. It’s in our nature to care for the environment and ensure it’s preserved for all our guests to enjoy.

Me gustó All the facilities were great plenty of camp soace, theres loads to do for really reasonable prices, people are very considerate and arent loud through the night and the food was very good too
