Likte A very nice place with a large park and plenty of attractions—a water park, a swimming pool, a train for both children and adults, playgrounds, lots of space for play, and a dog run. I will definitely be back.

Unsafe for children unless you dont mind them flying around on electric bikes and quads and people in cars going the wrong way down one way roads at twice the park speed limit.
The facilities are horrendously unclean. Adults being sick in toilets in the main bar at 7pm!
Trash all over the site.
Staff dont care about cleanliness.
The super pitches are NOT super pitches.

The worst place we have ever been. Lasted 1 night out of the 5 we booked and left.

It certainly sounds like you managed to experience a very different side of the park during your one-night stay!

We’re sorry to hear that the park wasn’t to your taste, although we have to admit, after reading your comments, we’re slightly wondering whether you stayed at the right park! There is certainly an abundance of things to see and do here, with something for all ages.

We have our swimming pool and Splash Park, our park train, and our Tribe Den, where guests can get involved in activities such as pottery, slime making, axe throwing, panning for gold and den making. And that’s before we mention our alpacas, play parks and amphitheatre, which hosts plenty of entertainment and shows throughout the season.

As for the electric bikes, quads and cars, we do have park rules and speed limits in place, and our teams are always out and about across the park. If concerns are brought to their attention, they will address them appropriately.

We’re also sorry to hear your comments regarding litter. Our park teams are constantly out and about litter picking and keeping the grounds looking their best. It can be incredibly frustrating for our teams when guests leave rubbish lying around, especially when we have provided so many bins throughout the park. A little help from everyone certainly goes a long way in keeping the park looking its best.

We take feedback regarding our facilities seriously and your comments will be shared with the relevant teams.

While we appreciate that Meadow Bay may not have been the right fit for you on this occasion, we’re proud of the huge amount we offer and the many families who come to enjoy it.

With so much to see and do, perhaps five nights would have given you a little more time to discover what we’re all about!

Likte Loads to do for my 2 boys who particularly loved the pump track.
Venue food was reasonably priced and good value.

Likte ikke The use of electric scooters and motorbikes on both the pump track and around the site was ridiculous, no lights on, speeding in the day and night - in my opinion there's a serious accident waiting to happen particularly as most didn't have helmets.
It might have been our pitch but it was noisy with cars driving past after midnight - surely a no traffic movement policy after 10.00 would be sensible?

We're delighted to hear your boys loved the pump track and that you enjoyed the food in The Venue. It's great to know you found it to be good value. Did you know our pump track is based on the famous Silverstone circuit, It's been a huge hit with guests of all ages!

We also really appreciate your constructive feedback. Safety is incredibly important to us, and electric scooters are banned on the park. When our park teams see them being used, they do challenge the behaviour and take appropriate action. That said, you're absolutely right that there is always more we can do, and we'll continue to review how we monitor and enforce this to help keep everyone safe.

We also have a noise policy in place, and we expect all guests to follow our park rules, which are displayed on signs throughout the touring areas. While we can't completely prevent guests from driving after 10:00pm, we do expect everyone to respect the quiet hours and be considerate of others enjoying their holiday.

Thank you as well for recognising the improvements made since Meadow Bay Villages took over. Comments like yours are appreciated, and we'll continue working hard to make the park even better.

Likte ikke Lack of organisation when you arrive, young, inexperienced staff, not enough of them to be able to show you to your pitch. When we arrived at the pitch after driving round on the uneven ground, someone was in it. Why allocate pitches to people if you have no intention of them actually getting the allocated pitch. Nobody walked round and checked on what was actually happening. Loads of rules broken, noise at night till late, dogs barking constantly, electric go cart bumping into people’s vehicles. Lots of rubbish left astound the pitches on arrival.

We’re pleased to hear you enjoyed the fishing lake and that you found the toilet facilities were being cleaned regularly. It’s always good to know when the things that matter during a stay are getting noticed.

We’re sorry, however, that your arrival and pitch experience was not as smooth as it should have been. Arriving at your allocated pitch only to find someone else already there is certainly not the holiday welcome we want to provide, and we understand how frustrating it must have been after navigating the site to get there.

We have shared your comments regarding the touring arrival process, our teams and pitch allocation with the relevant park teams. We are continually looking at how we can make arrivals smoother and provide better support to our touring guests.

Regarding noise, dogs, vehicles and other guest behaviour, we do have park rules in place and we would always encourage guests to notify our park teams as soon as an issue occurs. This gives us the opportunity to investigate and address concerns at the time rather than finding out after the holiday has ended. While we can manage our park and enforce our rules, we cannot always control the actions of individual guests.

We’re also sorry to hear about the rubbish you found around your pitch. Our teams are regularly out across the park, including litter picking, and we appreciate how frustrating it is to arrive and find that previous guests have not left their area as they should.

We really appreciate your honest comments, particularly your private feedback. Billing Aquadrome is a large and busy holiday park, and we know that good organisation makes a huge difference. We’ll continue working with our teams to improve the experience for our touring guests.

Likte the Venue area is the image that the park will eventually have, its early days for a much needs revamp which is in progress, it offers a wide range of activities for all age groups

We’re really pleased to hear that you enjoyed the Venue area and could see the vision of what we’re working towards. You’re absolutely right that it’s still early days, but we’ve invested millions into the park and there is lots more to come. Our brand-new Family Camping area and newly designed Venue are just some of the exciting improvements we’ve been working on, and we’re really looking forward to continuing that journey.

Thank you also for highlighting the activity booking process. We appreciate that when you see something like “Man the Golf Shack”, it should be crystal clear where you need to go to collect your equipment. We’ll certainly take this feedback on board.

We do provide a welcome pack by email before your stay, which includes a link to our Touch Stay guide. This has lots of useful information to help you find your way around, including what’s happening during your stay, the Keyless App, park map, venue opening times and lots, lots more. We’ll continue looking at how we can make sure guests know about this information before they arrive.

And yes… we completely agree on the ice creams! Who doesn’t love a lolly or an ice cream on a hot day?! We’re sorry there were stocking issues during your stay and are working to make sure we’re better stocked moving forward.

There’s still plenty of work going on behind the scenes, but we’re proud of how far the park has come and excited about where it’s heading. Thank you for being part of that journey and for sharing feedback that helps us keep improving.

Likte Everything was generally good. Plot was good location, club was good, like train and of course sun was out.

Likte ikke Booking (402GSBK6) The none attendance to site alocation to plots - I was allocated to num 6 on ShelDuck 3 only to find that someone had taken it, I was told to take any plot so we took 67 by toilet block but it never had an electrical hook up so plugged into plots 68/69 hook up ( due to daughter on 68 with 69 empty only find after returning from Club that my lead had moved and was running over road and plugged in by toilet block, so lead was being run over for 2 days.

We're sorry to hear about the confusion with your allocated pitch and the issues you experienced with the electric hook-up. We understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive and find your allocated pitch already occupied, and then have to move your electric lead again later that evening.

Your private feedback regarding Plot 67 on Shelduck and the need for an electrical supply, along with improving the monitoring of pitch allocations, has been shared with the relevant park teams for review. Feedback like yours helps us identify where improvements can be made.

Likte We had a great time. The cyclone activity that was on all afternoon was awesome and for FREE!! Evening entertainment was entertaining and had foam party. Facilities were good.

Likte ikke The bar/restaurant. Takes ages to get served and ordered food and waiting an hour to be told the food wasn’t coming and had shut food orders for a while. Everyone was starving. That’s the only part I say needs improvement.

We completely agree that when our guests visit The Venue for food and drinks, they should receive the service and experience they expect. We’re really sorry to hear about the long wait and the disappointment of finding out your food order couldn’t be fulfilled after waiting so long. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially when everyone was hungry.

Likte There isn’t much i can write as a positive. We booked billing Aquadrome as an over night stop to break up a long journey and had we not been travelling for over 10 hours we would have turned around and left

Likte ikke We were held at the check in booth for 25 minutes whilst staff tried to find our booking. Eventually with pitch details in hand we were waved off in a general direction only to find our super pitch occupied. After a trip back to check in we were told to pitch anywhere. All the serviced pitches were occupied. So we ended up on a basic pitch as this was the only pitch free.
I was told that when people don’t like the pitch they have been allocated they move where ever they want and there’s not a lot they can do about it when they refuse to move
