喜欢 Entertainment and activities both paid and free. Large site with plenty of things to do for young children

不喜欢 Lack of signage on the site and many of the staff appeared very badly trained. They were pleasant but often had no idea where things were… eg they didn’t know where activities were happening and it wasn’t clear on the programme. Bar staff told us mini golf was £5 despite previous day it was free. Cleaning staff at shower block mopped out regularly but in response to a blocked washing up sink just said that she couldn’t get the plug out. Eventually one of the visitors prised it out.
Total lack of shade … needs cover or umbrellas in the Venue area

喜欢 As always we enjoy the entertainment, the pool, the train, skate park. We loved the water park too.

不喜欢 There was a lot of rubbish around the park which isn’t your fault but a shame. It would be good if you could build a smaller skate park for younger children

We completely understand your comment about the rubbish and you’ll be pleased to hear we’ve just invested in more bins around the park to help encourage everyone to pop their rubbish away properly. We’ve got so much to do and see here at Billing, and keeping the park looking beautiful is all part of the fun.

And your idea about a smaller skate park for younger children? Love it! We’ll pass that on to the team for future plans.

喜欢 Great location, lots of facilities within the park itself. Hot showers cleaned regularly aswell.
Good washing up area. Plenty of areas to fill up with water.
Level pitches, lovely and friendly staff. Staff on hand in the evening to help out too. Have booked to stay again already.

不喜欢 Would have liked the opportunity to recycle. There are only general waste rubbish bins on the site.

来自经理: We have absolutely loved having you here with us and yes, we totally agree, our park is just stunning! From the sparkling lakes to the beautiful natural spaces and all the wonderful wildlife that call Billing home, it’s a pretty special place to wake up to every day.

We’re so glad you had a pleasant stay and found the facilities very good we like to think we’ve got a little bit of everything to make your break extra comfy (and maybe just a tad addictive so you have to come back).

See you by the lakes next time we’ll keep the ducks entertained until you arrive!

喜欢 The cyclone and water entertainment on the Saturday was free and good fun.
We like the greene king pub on the outside of the site was great.

不喜欢 We were on the end of the row and people kept using our pitch as a cut through.
Small children all over the place unattended.
The toilet facilities. Old, dated, flooding. Someone/something had left excrement on the men's toilet floor
Loud noise
Clubhouse was expensive

Sorry to hear you were disappointed by people walking through your pitch while we can’t control everyone’s actions, if we’d been notified earlier, we might have been able to assist. Our park is safe and perfect for children and families to relax and keep a watchful eye, especially on the touring pitches where there’s plenty of free space for the little ones to run around and enjoy themselves.

Apologies for the dirty floor in the toilets when it gets busy, sometimes these things slip through, but we’ll make sure our touring team keeps on top of it.

喜欢 Facilities/entertainment/spacious/value/ something for everyone, even a park for the dogs. Loved it

不喜欢 Noise of an evening, loud music /saw open fires/people just pitching up anywhere, so when we arrived, someone was in our pitch.

As for BBQs, they’re allowed as long as everyone follows the rules. We want Billing to be the best fun for all, two-legged and four-legged alike.

Sorry about the noise and the mix-up with your pitch sounds like someone was eager to jump the queue! Our touring team are on it, making sure everyone’s in the right spot and keeping the vibes friendly for all.

We’re always looking at ways to improve, and it seems we still have a bit to do with our touring pitches thanks for bearing with us while we work on it!

喜欢 Ease of booking. Entertainment, arcades, water sports, circus. There is certainly plenty to do around the park. I
Signing around the park. Toilet blocks and showers.
Pitch size, clean and tidy around even though it was very busy.

不喜欢 That no one sticks to the pitch numbers given. We turned up and someone was on our pitch. Spoke to the warden, who was very helpful and friendly, told us we can find anywhere else that no one was using.

Our touring teams are always on hand to assist, so I’m a little unsure why you weren’t able to get onto your pitch they are all numbered! I’ll be looking into this with our Touring Manager to make sure it doesn’t happen again.

Billing is bursting at the seams with things to see and do from our jam-packed activities programme to our non-stop entertainment and fantastic facilities. In fact, there’s so much going on that you might just need a holiday to recover from this holiday!
