Toilets were dirty and sanitary bins in ladies toilets were not emptied. Lots of noise from loud people till past midnight

Where do you start, the site has ample room and should be a quality place, but sadly it still lives in the 1980s. The site is very tired and everything is geared to selling holiday caravans , but why the hell you would pitch one here is amazing. The park pub is probably the most unwelcoming site on the whole park and intimindating if your not an " OWNER" as you get asked every time you go to bar. The amusements are the same ones from 20 years ago, and very rarely open . I came here as a kid , and it hasnt changed any for the good. The showers were an absolute disgrace, and they have the nerve to charge you close on £60 for 2 knights pitch.

The open space, lakes, country side

The toilet blocks were discusting due to bad behaviour from fellow campers. Noisy campers with loud music till 2.30am!!!!Did call security with no help on the matter

Very disappointed with the site as we were very much looking forward to staying

Showers, clealiness, poor management, toilet flooded and knowledge of staff. No-one knee where bus stops were?

after Reading the reviews we were in twoinds whether to go or not and with the weather predicted we almost didn’t go. We are so pleased that we went, the pitch was a really good size and we were set up in no time. The swimming was done in sessions which worked for us. And the fishing facilities and bailiffs were very accommodating for my husband and our son,(although they didn’t catch anything). The weather was a pleasant surprise as we expected thunderstorms and they missed us 😊. The funfair, go karts and hovercraft were all good. The entertainers were also very interactive

The smell from the ginger blocks!! That was our main dislike but other than the grass being a little long we really didn’t have any other dislikes

One bloke from security came and helped our friends jump start there car so at least that was positive.

Park very tired and run down, seen better days road ways are all full of pot holes. dog poo everywhere. Bins all over flowing, showers not working no hot water to wash up toilets are dirty. Felt very intimidated by some of residents that live on park. Wouldn't come back description of park on sites are definitely not accurate .

The entertainment staff were amazing. Really made a fuss of our kids at the mini disco. The swimming pool was clean and there were two life guards on duty which filled me with confidence. The showers on site were warm and powerful and free!

we stayed over the Christmas period so we didn't expect much to be going on entertainment or activities wise so that's not a problem. I do however have a problem with the ablutions facilities. the male toilet and shower block were absolutely disgusting, they smelt of sewage and appeared to have not been cleaned for a long time. my view on this is if you are going to remain open throughout the year you should provide adequate basic amenities for your customers - being off peak is not an excuse for poor hygiene.

Good swimming pool. Nice bar area. Massive site. Good walks around the lake.
Can't really good it 100% only neutral as we didn't see much of park at all. Or experience it much customer service as we were out shopping. But what we saw of it was good.
