We are really pleased to hear you liked the new stage and the additional Family Camping and toilet facilities. We have invested millions back into the park over recent years as we continue to improve the experience for all of our holiday guests.

We do completely understand your frustrations regarding the toilet conditions. Unfortunately, at times some guests do not look after the facilities or the park as they should, which then impacts the experience for everyone else. We become just as frustrated when toilet rolls are removed, facilities are damaged, or guests do not clean up after themselves. When this behaviour is observed, our park teams will challenge it directly.

We are always looking at ways to improve and make the experience better for all guests, so we absolutely take feedback onboard rather than shy away from it. We know there is always more we can do, and it is in our nature to keep pushing forward and improving.

In regard to activities and swimming sessions, these do need to be booked in advance. Guests are able to book activities up to two weeks before arrival, and we communicate this regularly through our social media channels, website, and email communications. Our activities are extremely popular and can fill up quickly during busy periods, but we are always reviewing our systems to try and make things as fair as possible for everyone.

喜欢 The entertainment for kids is the best i have experienced on any caravan holiday. If you have children then this site is perfect. There is so much for kids to do and the freedom they can have playing on the fields etc is brilliant. We have been coming to billing for years and you can really see the benefits of all the changes this year.

不喜欢 We had to select our own pitch, it would be easier if we would book pitches that we want up front in advance :0) but dont let this put you off as we found a spot easily on the field we selected.

不喜欢 electrical failing at hook-up, pricey restaurant and bar, uneven camping pitch, strong smell of weed, too noisy and busy for us oldies.

Firstly, I am pleased to hear that our team were able to assist and provide good customer service when resolving the issue you experienced. It is in our nature to listen, support and always look at how we can do better for our guests.

That being said, I am very sorry to hear about the issues you encountered during your stay, particularly with the electric hook-up. I completely understand how frustrating it must have been spending time trying to work out the issue, only to later discover there was a known fault with the pitch. Your comments have been noted and shared with the relevant team.

I am also sorry to hear that the atmosphere of the park was not quite what you had hoped for. Billing Aquadrome is a lively family-focused park with lots on offer for families and younger guests, especially during busy periods, although I do appreciate this may not suit everyone looking for a quieter and more tranquil break.

We do also offer holidays during quieter periods of the season, and our midweek breaks are often at a much slower and calmer pace, which may be more suited for guests looking for a more relaxing stay.

不喜欢 Over crowded vans only feet from each other. Park where you like no allocation of pitch. Children playing in toilet blocks,ebikes and escooters everywhere food over priced and over rated.Only stayed for two nights left early.

喜欢 Facilities great and staff friendly

不喜欢 No one sticks to allocated pitches. On arrival you find yours taken and are told to ‘just choose another’ very annoying especially when you have requested a specific pitch or locality close to that pitch and been given one on your booking, but end up totally somewhere else. Touring wardens need to be more vigilant.

We are sorry to hear your comments regarding pitch allocation. It’s in our nature to work hard to ensure all arrivals run as smoothly and fairly as possible. We do allocate pitches in advance to help manage busy arrivals and guest preferences, however on very busy occasions changes can sometimes be made on arrival depending on operational requirements and availability on the touring fields.

We can never guarantee to place guests on a specific pitch or to be close to friends and family, although our Touring teams always do their very best to accommodate requests wherever possible.

We completely understand how frustrating this can feel when you have requested a specific pitch or location, and we are sorry that this impacted your experience. Your feedback regarding vigilance on the touring fields will also be shared with the relevant teams for review.

喜欢 Overall cleanliness, quality of buildings and site, quiet after 10pm, reasonable quality and cost of food and drink. Easy to get to. Entertainment in the evening looked lively and fun. Superb grass spaces!

不喜欢 1. Booked on the basis of its published facilities, including on site swimming pool, to be told on arrival it was pre-booked only and had been sold out for weeks. Wouldn’t have stayed had we known this. 2. Check in wasn’t smooth - couldn’t find our booking, then didn’t capture campervan registration so couldn’t get back on to site after 8pm without having to call security (which were helpful but shouldn’t have been needed). Both of these were andhame, but likely happened as booked via 3rd party on pitch up (which is normally excellent!) otherwise we are sure that would have all been fine if had booked using their own website.

It’s really lovely to hear how much you enjoyed the park overall, especially the peaceful atmosphere in the evenings, the green open spaces, and the entertainment. We are very lucky to have such a spacious park for families and guests to relax, explore, and enjoy. It’s also great to hear you found the food and drink good value for money too.

We are however really sorry to hear about your disappointment regarding the swimming pool. We completely understand why this was frustrating, especially as it was one of the reasons you chose to stay with us. Our swimming sessions do become very popular during busy periods and can be booked 2 weeks in advance, which we do try to communicate across our booking communications, and social media platforms to help guests avoid disappointment.

We are also sorry your arrival was not as smooth as it should have been, while we are pleased our Security team were able to help you when returning to the park, we completely understand this added unnecessary stress to the start of your stay. We do have to ensure we know who is on our park at all times, especially when it comes to vehicle registration for security and safety reasons. Although we do apologise that your vehicle registration was not initially captured correctly, we are also reassured that our system is working as intended and our team were able to support you at the time to resolve this quickly.

We are sorry to hear that the jacuzzi was not working during your visit. We understand this was disappointing and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Our swimming pool is designed to be a fun and lively space for all ages to enjoy during their holiday, so do not be surprised if you get splashed once or twice by our excited holiday makers enjoying their time away. If you are looking for a quieter swim or more space for proper swimming, we would always recommend booking an earlier morning session before many of our fun-loving guests begin their day.

Whilst many of our activities are family-focused, there is still plenty for adults to enjoy around the park. We have the Aqua Park with the inflatables and honestly, you cannot tell us that is not fun! There is also paddle boarding on the lake, our popular Dino Karts (we dare anyone to get on one without laughing), fishing on our beautiful lakes, and some truly stunning walks and trails around the park.

For those looking to relax and unwind, our Lake Club is a lovely place to sit with a drink of your choosing and perhaps enjoy a yummy gelato whilst taking in the surroundings.

We are over the moon to hear that you enjoyed the activities and entertainment programme for children this season. Our teams have worked incredibly hard to introduce a fun-filled programme for families, and it is wonderful to know this made a positive impact on your holiday experience.

We do appreciate your comments regarding the use of electric bikes, scooters, and speeding vehicles around the park. Please be assured that we are actively looking into ways to further reduce this behaviour, as like yourself, we are becoming increasingly frustrated that some holiday guests do not always follow our park rules.

If unsafe behaviour is observed, this will be challenged by our park teams. Whilst we cannot be held responsible for every individual guest’s actions, we do strongly stress that all children should be supervised by a responsible adult at all times whilst on park.

Our security teams do carry out patrols during both the day and night, particularly during busier periods and weekends, and we continue reviewing additional measures to help improve the overall guest experience and safety across the park.
