We do appreciate your comments regarding some facilities not being open during your visit. Depending on the season and time of year, some areas and activities may operate on reduced opening times, however we always try to ensure there is still plenty for our holiday guests to enjoy.

Liked Great facilities on site and the toilet block appeared to be new. Staying only the one night, we didn't manage to explore as much as I'd have liked but will return again for sure. Although the site was not technically open for campers (a mess up on Pitch Up's side I was told), we were able to enjoy the swimming pool, which the kids love, the BMX part and the train that went around the lake.

Disliked The toilets in The Venue were never clean, even when I popped in early on departure day and it wasn't busy, to be honest it looks as messy as it was the night before and I'm not convinced it was actually cleaned after closing. Although the new toilet block was fab, I fear there aren't enough toilets for the size of site it is.

Liked Pitches were OK, but a bit narrow. Showers and toilets were clean with enough hot water. 4G reception was good.

Disliked There were no pegs in the showers to hang clothes, just 2 small hanging buckets. The shower spray reached the door, so it was difficilt to keep your clothes dry.

Liked The whole place has had a full refurb I think it looks amazing. The shower block and toilets were always so clean too just the heating went off in there and put me off having a shower but that’s all loved our weekend of camping

We actually have an even bigger and better activities programme for this season, so there is even more to enjoy!

We would always recommend booking activities as early as possible, as they do fill up very quickly during busy periods. Activities can be booked up to 2 weeks in advance.

As for the goose poo one of the joys of being surrounded by nature! It is very much in our nature here to celebrate the wildlife around the park. We are very lucky to have such a large park where Mother Nature is everywhere, and the birds are free to roam safely throughout the grounds.

Our teams do work hard to keep the park clean and tidy for everyone to enjoy.

Liked Very clean -except for goose poo!! Large pitches and lots of open areas. Shower/toilet blocks cleaned every hour.

Disliked Distinct lack of staff. We were given a pitch number, which after driving around 3 times we found didn't exist!! We were then told to go where we liked!! No help

We are very lucky to have so much wildlife freely roaming around our beautiful park, and while the “bird confetti” can sometimes make an appearance, it is all part of the nature and character that so many guests love about Billing Aquadrome.

That said, I am very sorry to hear about the confusion regarding your pitch allocation and that you struggled to find assistance when arriving. This is certainly not the welcome we would want for our guests, and your feedback will be passed over to the relevant team so we can continue improving the arrival experience.

Liked Once we were located to our pitch I had to go back to the site staff for advice as we couldn't find shelduck 1 pitch 16.
The young lad was very accommodating and walked back with me to show us our pitch.
Loved listening to the birds late night early morning.

Disliked The showers ran cold for sometime, but finally heated up.
