Ik was blij met The staff were the best thing there.

Ik was niet blij met The site was very dirty. All closed and no restaurants open. One food kitchen was open till 6pm. There was geese mess everywhere and the aqua park on the lake was in a terrible mess from bird mess.

Ik was blij met Freedom to choose what ever pitch you wanted. Toilets and showers kept clean.
The staff I spoke with were helpful.
I didn't use any of the activities but there appear to be a lot to do.

Ik was niet blij met Seems to be a popular place to smoke weed. The smell of it is never far away when you have a walk round.

We do hold a zero-tolerance policy on drugs, and our teams will challenge this if seen. Our touring teams are working incredibly hard to ensure the pitches are clean and tidy, along with the shower blocks. It’s in our nature to always look to improve, and we’ve recently changed the arrival process for our touring guests, so we’re glad it seems to be working better.

The facilities are clean and the staff are friendly. The surroundings are attractive too with the marina and plenty of greenery.

There is a good choice of restaurants and a proper bar with a view of the marina.

Ik was niet blij met No one told us about what was going on each day or how to find out.

The pool was closed.

The site needs a really good clean as there was lots of rubbish around. I did not see anyone litter picking once and it was needed.

The chemical waste point did not have a hose and the it was in a position whereby it was really tricky to get the water in three cassette. Also meant the area was never hosed off which made it dirty and smelly.

We’ve worked really hard to create a great activities and entertainment programme there truly is something for everyone! There was a small issue with the swimming pool during your stay, but our team acted quickly to rectify it, and the pool was reopened again straight away.

All of our teams take pride in keeping their areas clean and tidy. We’ve recently added new bins around the park and encourage everyone to do their bit it’s important for the look of our park, the environment, and of course our wonderful wildlife. You’re absolutely right that we need to keep pushing to make the park as litter-free as possible, and we’ll keep working on that.

Regarding the chemical waste point, we did have a hose near the waste pipe, but it looks like this may have been removed. I’ll make sure our touring team is informed so this can be addressed quickly.

You can always find our daily programme on the large screens across the park and on our social media platforms each day.

It’s in our nature to take comments like yours on board, keep learning, and keep improving so thank you again for helping us get even better.

Ik was blij met good facilities ,ease if booking , ease of checking into site , plenty of water points and bin stores , had read reviews before booking but as i was there out of school holidays i found it quite quiet, stayed here as its fairly local to santapod as i was between eventd was cheaper than dragging caravan home for 3 nights

You can even book activities through our link before you arrive, which is such a handy way to plan your days and make the most of your stay. Our touring team also do their best to make check-in as smooth as possible, so you can start your holiday just the way you want to.

We’ve added more bins across the park because we want to keep things looking beautiful and protect our wildlife. And you’re absolutely right about speed limits we’re already looking at adding more signage and other ways to make sure everyone sticks to the rules.

Ik was blij met Thought the activities available were brilliant for children & families. We loved the swimming area & the amusements & the park areas were great.

Ik was niet blij met -Definitely needs to be more security checks done around the campsite.
-Children on electric scooters / bikes bombing round the campsite saw two small children almost get mowed down these need to be banned like on other campsites we’ve been too.
-Older children riding bikes in the football area next to the venue facilities while children were playing football.
-Staff wise there didn’t seem to be anybody with any authority / management skills a lot seemed like they were temp staff on a school break.
-Pot washing areas weren’t always clean / tidy, same with the showers & toilets

You’re absolutely right about security. With such a large park and lots of holiday guests especially children and young adults it’s really important we keep everyone safe. We’ve already increased our security presence to make sure this is well covered. We do ask that all children are supervised by an adult at all times looking after our guests and our park is in our nature.

I’m sorry to hear you found the toilets, showers, and pot wash areas less than clean at times. Our touring teams are in the blocks from early morning through to late evening to keep them tidy, but it looks like we missed the mark during your stay. Please accept our apologies we’ll be working with the team to make sure standards are where they should be.

Ik was blij met Sinead was absolutely brilliant with the activities. She kept my children engaged and they throughly enjoyed it.

Ik was blij met We used to like it here but it’s changed for the worse.

Ik was niet blij met Kids and adults zooming past our window on electric scooters at high speed.
Pitch is small and much to close to road making it noisy with cars going past and difficult to pitch my caravan. There are no car shows or attractions for discerning adults. Our family have to pay far too much to visit us for just an afternoon. The showers keep going off every few seconds.
We have been going to Billing for over 30 years but sadly this will be our last time!

Van de manager: We’re really sad to read this, as our returning holiday guests are so important to us. We’re always looking at ways to slow traffic of any kind down on and around the park, and we’re aware that more signage is needed – we are actively looking into this.

We also have a full activities and entertainment programme, which can be found on our social media pages and on our website, so you’re able to plan your time with us. A number of our activities are free, such as swimming – where else can you get this? We really are such great value for money!

We’ve invested millions back into the park and added some amazing new developments, such as our park shop stocked with your daily needs and yummy baked goods. We’ve even created a dedicated space for our touring guests. Don’t forget our beautiful Lake Club, perfect for the views and some great drinks – and of course, our delicious gelato!

It’s in our nature to take feedback like yours on board and keep learning and improving wherever we can. We’re sorry to hear that parts of your stay didn’t meet expectations, and we will continue to work on these areas to make the park enjoyable for everyone.
