We’re really glad you had a good experience with us it’s in our nature to listen to our guests and keep looking for ways to improve.

We’d love to welcome you back for another stay!

Μου άρεσε Polite staff at the main gate and pitch area.
Appreciated that the new owners were looking to spend on the site to develop it.

Δεν μου άρεσε We were on our way back from the South Coast and called to see if this site would be good for visiting with our four grandkids.
Our designated pitch still had rubbish in the area that the previous occupant hadn't cleaned, so it is clear that the staff didn't check it.
The chemical toilet area was horrendous.
No hose to allow for rinsing out.
The disposal sink was totally inadequate.
Stunk to high heaven.
This whole area needs replacing.
The toilet block had no toilet brushes; my wife and I visited 5-6 cubicles to find a clean toilet with toilet roll.
Suggest a visit to a Caravan and Motorhome site to see how it is done correctly.
Kids weaving in between pitches with bikes and electric scooters.
The camping area had wooden posts and rails to define the area; this would be good for the other areas to stop the cycling between vans.
Allowing kids on the pump cycle track without helmets.
The 10 pm to 8 am noise policy was not enforced.
The occupant on the pitch next to me was in the car, with windows open, playing music at full volume; I had to engage with them to stop it.
We stayed the first night, then left.
We will not be returning.

Από τον διαχειριστή: Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us your feedback, and we’re loving your pictures it’s always lovely to see the park through our guests’ eyes!

We’re pleased we were able to accommodate your request for a pitch close to the shower block and that this worked well for you.

We’re sorry, though, to hear about the cleanliness of the toilets and the occasions when toilet roll wasn’t available. That’s certainly not what we want for our guests, and we’ll pass your comments on to the team so we can look at keeping on top of the facilities throughout the day.

Thanks again for your honest feedback. It’s in our nature to listen, learn and keep improving, and we hope to welcome you back again.

Δεν μου άρεσε Maybe more cash alternative when shopping and using/booking activities.

We’re especially glad you’re already looking forward to your next adventure with us! There’s always plenty going on, and it’s in our nature to make sure families can have a great time without having to spend a fortune.

We are a cashless park, apart from some of our arcades, which means payments for most shopping, activities and facilities are made by card. We appreciate your feedback

We can’t wait to welcome you back for your next adventure!

Μου άρεσε Facilities were clean. There was even a litter picker walking around in the morning! There's plenty to do. Swimming pool was great fun. Nice vibe to the place. It was quiet at night. The site is quite big, but everything is conveniently located. We didn't have time to go on the lake - but we will definitely be back!

Από τον διαχειριστή: Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback! We’re really pleased to hear you enjoyed the spacious pitches — plenty of room to settle in and enjoy your stay.

We’re sorry, though, that the toilet and kitchen facilities were locked on Sunday evening and Monday, and that the facilities which remained open weren’t as clean as they should have been due to the increased use.

We’ll certainly share your comments with the touring teams, as keeping our facilities clean and welcoming is really important to us.

We hope to welcome you back again and give you a better experience next time.
