What customers say
Staff are consistently praised for being friendly and helpful. Facilities are generally reported as clean, though some guests found them dated or in need of updating, particularly the shower blocks. Pitches are often described as spacious, but some experienced issues with waterlogging or slopes. Entertainment and amenities are a hit with families. Guests noted issues with noise late at night and, more frequently, poor WiFi and phone signal across the site. Prices for food and drink were also mentioned as being expensive by some visitors.

Rough as anything...
Non-electric grass tent pitch (no pets)
Liked I'm struggling to think of anything...
Disliked Stupid code for toilet block that nobody can remember... Hardly ideal for young children when camping. Facilities are pretty poor and rundown, litter everywhere, the camping grass is a bog and in a slope so not ideal... Also everyone seems so unfriendly. Staff all looked like they longed to be somewhere else.... And I don't really blame them. Groups of teenagers and adults with the roughest foul language all day long in the football pitch and in the bar.... It could be okay but nobody really seems that bothered that it's not.
Wouldn't advise this place for families of younger children unless you want them to learn lots of abysmal language before thier ready.. 'why does that dad keep calling his kid a dildo'? What's a dildo? One of several examples I'm keen to forget.

They have a lot of things…
Non-electric grass tent pitch (no pets)
Liked They have a lot of things to do, nice camping for family’s.
Disliked The sanitary facilities were not clean et all. Most of the toilets weren’t working great anymore and were out of toilet paper. You would not expect this since 1 night costs more then 30 pounds.

Liked Nothing
Disliked Dirty. Toilet block wasn't checked the entire time we were there. Used sanitary towel on men's room floor for the duration, and no toilet roll. Swimming pool, we were only allowed 45mins on our first day, and no time on our check out day.
