Peaceful laid back no frills campsites
Non-electric grass touring pitch
Liked: Location, next to the canal and a short walk to Glasson and another lovely pub near Conders Green called the stork, where food was great.
Disliked: Nothing apart from as already mentioned, the toilets are a really tight squeeze. However after talking to the owner's wife she says they are trying to upgrade the facilities soon.

Great value
Non-electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked: Our first trip camping with our 2 year old, lovely site location - right on the canal and 2 minutes from the marina and village.
Disliked: Basic facilities but clean and well maintained, no complaints.

Basic, good location. Avoid if you are need a shower or accessibility.
Non-electric grass touring pitch
Liked: Simple field, fairly flat, plenty of space. Bus stop right outside and Uber from Lancaster wasn't too much either.
Disliked: Toilet block is really basic. Shower unusable as toilet block door latched open and curtain only thing preventing you flashing the whole site. No hot water came through when I did make an attempt.
No accessible toilets

Overall good and would stay again :)
Non-electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked: Easy to find, nice and flat with all the basics you want, water toilets, shower etc. nice and close to walk to the local farm shop and ice creams etc. very friendly owner, really helpful
Disliked: We managed to camp on the one exact spot on the whole site that happens to semi flood when it rains so woke up in three inches of water…. Nobody else seemed to have the same issue so I’d recommend staying away from the middle of the tree line at the back and you should be fine :)
