A aimé Nice guy from marina next door who towed us off the site, for a fee, and leaving the site.

N'a pas aimé Booked 2 nights, got bogged down and stuck in mud as soon as drove on site, site owner was away for the day ,had to pay a man from marina next door to tow us off site, site was not fit for purpose, as we watched another van enter and get stuck as we waited to drive off. Would expect a full refund.

A aimé Clean and accessible hygiene facilities. Lovely large space and a short walk to the pub for fabulous food. Had a delicious breakfast barm at the cabin by the lock and made purchases from the smokehouse.

N'a pas aimé We booked for mid September and the field was terribly boggy. Fortunately, we arrived to an empty site so managed to set up camp in a dry (ish) spot :)

A aimé Excellent location if you want to be by canal and marina.

N'a pas aimé Toilets are very small and showers are cold. I understand that there's a proposal to upgrade the facilities in which case I would give it 10/10.

A aimé Super friendly hosts very helpful. Beautiful spot right on the canal . a little walk in the morning to lovely breakfast takeaway stand at the dock side . Nice pub within walking distance too.

A aimé The quietness of the site, the avian wildlife and the great location.

N'a pas aimé The field being very wet in places and the toilets being unclean. The owner is very cagey when answering the phone and this meant I almost didn't bother.

A aimé Great location, so easy to explore Glasson Dock and Lancaster by either walking or driving. Facilities were very clean and tidy. Clear communication with owner of campsite who came to check in once we were set up - very friendly.

A aimé The pitch up is in great location and the owner is very nice and helpful the site was clean and the owner was seen cleaning everyday

A aimé Great location. Tucked away nicely from the main road. Owner came over for a chat which was a nice touch.

N'a pas aimé Toilet facilities could do with upgrading from those built for Warwick Davis!

Site could do with some rules regarding quiet times! Kids running around screaming at 10:30pm round our pitch and twice tripping over our electric hook up ripping it out of the box!
