What customers say
This is a basic campsite with a fantastic location by the canal, near Glasson Dock. Guests love the friendly owner and spacious field for kids and dogs. However, facilities are small and basic, often with cold showers. Some noise from other campers noted. Still great value for money, many plan to return.

Liked The quietness of the site, the avian wildlife and the great location.
Disliked The field being very wet in places and the toilets being unclean. The owner is very cagey when answering the phone and this meant I almost didn't bother.

Great location. Cheap. Facilities could do with upgrading
Powered grass travel trailer campsite
Liked Great location. Tucked away nicely from the main road. Owner came over for a chat which was a nice touch.
Disliked Toilet facilities could do with upgrading from those built for Warwick Davis!
Site could do with some rules regarding quiet times! Kids running around screaming at 10:30pm round our pitch and twice tripping over our electric hook up ripping it out of the box!
