Disliked It says it has a bar in peak season , we were there in August and nothing , it looks like it only opens weekends which is a shame .

Disliked Sandy area which made it very dusty , I believe they are trying to deal with this issue shower and toilets needed some attention.

From the manager: Thankyou. Most of the site is fully renovated and regraded with work to continue on the last area this week. We are a sandy area. The weather has been exceptional. The two combined equals dust sadly We are awaiting new shower trays and then going to refurb the wet rooms Animal commitments and our poor health recently have impacted on getting this work done. That said we try to provide the best we can and are regularly compared positively to facilities other sites offer

Liked We had the enclosed pitch which was perfect with having our dog with us . We visited the bar on site and it was a very friendly place . The owners were very friendly . You had to pay a £1 for the shower , which I dont mind better then the push button type . You pay extra for for electric after a certain amount but when we left we were well under . Overall a nice little site . But be aware there is only 1 shower in each of the male and female wash rooms so if it's busy you may after wait your turn . Would definitely visit again

Liked Location was perfect , shower and toilet block clean and tidy

Disliked Pitches untidy small and uneven , no lights on a night very dark if needing loo , would be nice to be able to tip portable toilet , cafe very limited opening times . Says it has WIFI but we couldn't locate it .

Liked Only stayed 1 night but enjoyed it , back in a week or so for a full week so have more knowledge of camp site then.

Liked Quiet , very clean , great little stop for a couple of days .

Disliked Main road is a B road but sill very busy so pitching up on road side may be a bit noisy . Didn't realise they had WiFi as not explained in booklet , but was told it was displayed I bar area which we didn't use .
