Liked Facilities were clean and good. Sea view. Quite dense site but still had no issues. Nice walk to beach and pub and cafe along seafront. Walk ideal for dogs.

Liked We love going to this site. Staff are always supportive. Sea view is nice too.

Disliked This time we were moved because there was an electric fault in our pitch. Moving to another pitch when you have set up is an inconvenience. But this was not anyone’s fault. Did feel we missed out on the sea view when we were moved.

We’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the electrical fault on your pitch during this visit. Unfortunately, the issue was outside of our control, and despite our best efforts, we were unable to resolve it quickly enough for you to remain on your original pitch.

As it was a particularly busy weekend on the park, we had very limited pitches available to allocate, which unfortunately meant moving you away from the sea-view pitch you had initially been enjoying. We completely understand how frustrating it is to have to move after you’ve already set up, and we appreciate your understanding that this was not caused by anyone on site.

Your feedback is genuinely valued, and we’re sorry this issue affected your experience. We hope it won’t deter you from visiting again, and we’ll do our very best to ensure your next stay is as relaxing and enjoyable as you’ve come to expect from us.

Liked Cleanliness of the site and toilet/shower facilities.The large pitches with views to the sea and can walk to the rocky beach and sea in 10 minutes.

Liked Great site, staff all lovely, facilities spotless, campsite very well maintained.
Views were amazing across to Llandudno, especially the sunsets. Short walk to beach and coastal path way, cannot fault at all, would definitely use again.

Liked Sea view, quiet site and everywhere nice and clean.

Disliked I find minimum card spends highly frustrating, appreciate the card fees need to be taken into account, but not being able to buy a single bottle of water when needed was frustrating, wouldn’t be so bad if there was plenty of other items to buy, but there wasn’t.
