Stunning sea views, super clean site, and helpful staff. Spacious pitches with great facilities. Some road/rail noise, but usually not an issue. Ideal base for North Wales exploration. Facilities a bit dated for some, Wi-Fi pricey.

From the manager: Thank you, Dean, for taking the time to leave us a review. We’re pleased to hear you enjoyed the great views from the park.
We did notice your comment regarding the toilet block. As you haven’t mentioned any specific issue, we’re unsure what aspect you were disappointed with. If there were any issues, always welcome guests to raise these with reception during their stay, where we can address them at the time wherever possible.
Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope you enjoyed your visit to North Wales.

Liked The view was lovely and there was a play area for the children. It was good that there’s food huts available and the shower block was fine for our 3 night stay.
Disliked The road was noisy and the pitches were very close together. We did put an awning up for privacy, but due to not having an awning pitch was asked to take it down.

From the manager: Thank you, Melissa, for taking the time to leave us a review. We’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed the lovely views, found the facilities suitable for your stay and made use of the children’s play area and food vans.
We’re sorry you were disappointed regarding the awning. We would just like to clarify that you had booked an electric touring pitch without an awning, rather than one of our designated awning pitches. We did advise during your stay that the awning would need to be taken down, as awnings are only permitted on pitches specifically booked as awning pitches. Had an awning pitch been booked, you would have been able to have your awning set up.
A sun canopy is permitted on our non-awning pitches, but only where it consists of the supporting legs with no sides and no groundsheet. This is to ensure that the pitch type and space requirements are adhered to consistently for all our guests.
We do appreciate your comments regarding the road noise. As we are located close to the A55, some traffic noise is unfortunately unavoidable, although our location does provide guests with easy access to Llandudno, Conwy and many of North Wales’ attractions.
Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope you enjoyed exploring the area during your visit.

From the manager: Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, Alistair. We are pleased that you enjoyed the sea view, although we are sorry the location and surrounding area did not meet your expectations.
We do feel it is important to clarify that we are very transparent about our location. Our Pitchup listing and website clearly provide information about the park's setting, including its proximity to the A55 and railway line, as well as the facilities and amenities available on site. We also make it clear that we do not have an onsite restaurant or entertainment facilities. There are a number of places to eat and drink in the surrounding area, but these do require a short journey from the park.
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for expectations that differ from the information provided before booking. We always encourage guests to thoroughly research the location and what we offer before making a reservation.
Regarding our staff, we are surprised by your customer service rating as our team pride themselves on being friendly, welcoming and helpful to our guests.
We appreciate that our location will not suit everyone, but we believe we are clear and honest about what we offer and where we are situated.
My own fault for not researching properly.

Liked Staff were pleasant
Disliked The site is nestled between a railway line and the very busy A55. The road in particular was an unpleasant distraction and the noise continued throughout the day, and night.

From the manager: Thank you, John, for taking the time to leave us a review and for your kind comments regarding our staff.
We’re sorry to hear that the road noise affected your enjoyment of your stay. As you rightly mention in your review, our location is situated between the railway line and the busy A55 North Wales Expressway, and unfortunately some road and occasional railway noise is unavoidable due to our location.
We do appreciate your honesty in acknowledging that you hadn’t researched the location fully before booking. We try to provide clear information about our location and surroundings so that guests can make an informed decision when choosing the park. While the traffic noise may not suit everyone, many of our guests particularly enjoy the convenience of our location and the easy access it provides to Llandudno, Conwy and the many attractions throughout North Wales.
Thank you again for staying with us, and we’re pleased that you found our staff pleasant.
Will definitely visit again.

Liked Clean facilities. Lovely view from pitch. Nice play area for children. Location was good for what we wanted to do.
Disliked Lots of rules compared to other campsites, so felt less relaxed. No ball games, van must face a certain way etc.

From the manager: Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, Lauren.
We're delighted to hear you enjoyed your stay and that you found our facilities clean, appreciated the sea views from your pitch, and that the play area and location suited your family.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding our park rules. Our pitches are laid out so that each one has its own grassed area, and the parking orientation helps us maintain consistency, maximise space, and ensure every guest benefits from their allocated area and privacy.
Whilst we do ask guests not to play loose ball games around the park, this is to help create a safe and peaceful environment for everyone and to prevent damage to caravans, motorhomes and vehicles. Families are very welcome, and our children's play area provides a dedicated space for younger guests to enjoy themselves.
Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to welcome you back to Bron-Y-Wendon Holiday Park in the future.
