We also appreciate your feedback regarding our park rules. Our pitches are laid out so that each one has its own grassed area, and the parking orientation helps us maintain consistency, maximise space, and ensure every guest benefits from their allocated area and privacy.

Whilst we do ask guests not to play loose ball games around the park, this is to help create a safe and peaceful environment for everyone and to prevent damage to caravans, motorhomes and vehicles. Families are very welcome, and our children's play area provides a dedicated space for younger guests to enjoy themselves.

We're sorry that other aspects of your visit didn't meet your expectations. Bron-Y-Wendon is a peaceful holiday park, and many of our guests choose to stay with us specifically because we don't have a clubhouse or on-site entertainment, allowing them to enjoy a quieter and more relaxing atmosphere.

Our location between the A55 and the railway line is clearly shown on our website and booking information, and while some guests notice the road noise, many still enjoy our coastal location and convenient access to explore North Wales.

We're also sorry to hear your shower wasn't as warm as expected. Had this been reported to our team during your stay, we would have been happy to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Em va agradar A very well maintained campsite. It was an absolute pleasure to stay at this campsite enjoying the beautiful views of the sea.

No em va agradar Not very well marked for when you get there with the caravan on but the staff were very helpful and helped me to my assigned plot without any problems.
Not a massive problem but there is a constant noise as the campsite is between a railway track and the North Wales Expy.

While this is clearly shown on our website and booking information, we understand that some guests are more aware of the background noise than others. We're particularly disappointed by your comments regarding the toilet facilities, as the cleanliness of our facilities is something we receive regular compliments on from our guests. Many visitors also appreciate that our showers do not operate with push buttons, allowing for a more comfortable shower experience.

Unfortunately, we can't control how other guests leave the facilities between our regular cleaning schedules. However, if there are ever any issues during your stay, we always encourage guests to let reception know straight away. Our housekeeping team is happy to attend promptly and resolve any concerns as quickly as possible.
