Gostou Lovely clean site with great facilities. The food vans on Friday and Saturday were amazing! Good location for exploring North Wales.

Não gostou Noise from the road was louder than I expected! I’d seen the reviews and thought it can’t be that bad. Not sure if it was louder because of the weather, but the first night I struggled to sleep.

We do appreciate your comments about the road noise. The A55 is something we’re always open about, and unfortunately it can be more noticeable when the weather is wet, as the sound from the road carries further on wet days. We’re sorry it disturbed your sleep during your first night with us.

We hope the rest of your stay was enjoyable and that the road noise didn’t spoil your time here too much.

Gostou We were unable to stay as we broke down in our motorhome during the week before.

Não gostou Out of 6 sites we had booked, this was the only site that would not transfer our booking until a later date.

Our booking terms and conditions are clearly available at the time of booking, including the terms relating to cancellations and amendments, and these are agreed to when a booking is made. We appreciate that other touring parks may have different terms and may have been able to offer a date transfer, but each site has its own booking conditions and policies.

As an independent park, we do need to adhere to our own terms and conditions fairly and consistently for all of our guests. We’re therefore unable to make exceptions or transfer bookings outside of the terms that were agreed at the time of booking.

We’re sorry that this was disappointing and hope your motorhome was soon back on the road.

We do appreciate that the location next to the A55 means there can be some road noise, and this is something we always try to make clear to guests when booking. We are also a busy holiday park with a large amount of grass and landscaping to maintain, so unfortunately there are times when maintenance work, including grass cutting, is necessary to keep the park looking its best.

The beach nearby is naturally a pebble and stony beach, which is also something we’re unable to change, although there are several sandy beaches within a short drive of the park.

We’re sorry that the noise affected your stay, but we appreciate your positive comments about the cleanliness and our team.

Gostou Staff were very helpful and this is a great site with awesome sea views. Very clean and well maintained.

Gostou The view, location (close to Prestatyn and Colwyn bay). Fantastic Indian restaurant close by, well laid out park didn't feel hemmed in. Helpful staff, clean and tidy park.

Thank you also for your feedback regarding the shower facilities. We do have 2 shower/toilet blocks on park, but we appreciate that at busy times they can feel more limited, and we’ll certainly take your comments on board.
