We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay and were pleased with our clean, hot showers and friendly staff. It’s also great to hear that you found our location convenient, with a pub and bus stop nearby and easy access to Rhyl and Llandudno.
Thank you as well for mentioning the road noise. As our park is located alongside the A55, we do make guests aware of the traffic noise, so it’s great to hear that you didn’t find it as bad as you expected.

From the manager: Thank you, Angela, for your review and for taking the time to share your experience with us.
We’re very pleased that you highlighted our clean toilet and shower facilities and that you would recommend us to your friends.
We’re sorry that you found the traffic noise from the A55 motorway disruptive. Our location directly alongside the A55 is clearly stated on both our Pitchup listing and our website, and we also make guests aware that traffic and train noise can be heard due to our location.
We hope you enjoy the rest or you travels.

From the manager: Thank you, Paul, for taking the time to leave us a review.
We’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed our location and the sea views from the park, and that you found us a convenient base for visiting Llandudno and Conwy.
We’re sorry that the traffic noise from the adjacent A55 disturbed you at night. As our park is located directly alongside the A55, some traffic noise is unavoidable, and we do make guests aware of our location and potential road and railway noise when booking.
We hope this didn’t detract too much from your overall stay and would be delighted to welcome you back to Bron-Y-Wendon in the future.

From the manager: Thank you, Jane, for taking the time to leave a review and for highlighting the aspects of your stay that you enjoyed, including our clean facilities, flexible check-in options and proximity to the cycle track.
We are sorry to hear that the location and lack of onsite dining options did not meet your expectations. Bron-Y-Wendon is a quiet holiday park and we do not have a restaurant or bar onsite. This is clearly stated on our website and Pitchup listing, along with information about the local area and nearby facilities.
We would also like to clarify that Oliver’s Bar is an independent business and is not part of Bron-Y-Wendon Holiday Park. While it is a nearby option for guests, we have no control over their opening days, kitchen hours or whether they are able to serve customers at particular times. Unfortunately, we therefore cannot accept responsibility for their decision to close the kitchen or their opening hours.
With regard to the pitches, we offer a range of pitch types and sizes, and the pitch category selected at the time of booking determines the pitch allocated. Our location, pitch types and site layout are all shown on our website and Pitchup.
We’re pleased that you found our facilities clean and our location convenient for the cycle track, and we’re sorry that the park overall did not suit your expectations.

Liked Excellent site and clean facilities with spectacular views.
Disliked The only issue was the extremely busy A55 right behind the site. It blended into the background after a time, but it was never completely peaceful.

From the manager: Thank you, Carolyn, for your lovely review and for taking the time to share your experience.
We’re delighted to hear that you found the park well maintained and were particularly pleased with the cleanliness of our toilet and shower facilities. We work hard to keep everything clean and well presented, so your kind comments are very much appreciated.
It’s also great to hear that you enjoyed our location for cycling. With the coastal path right nearby, it’s an ideal way to explore the beautiful North Wales coastline and surrounding areas.
We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to Bron-Y-Wendon in the future.

From the manager: Thank you, Szymon, for your review.
We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed our beautiful location and amazing sea views, and that our dog-washing facility was helpful during your stay.
We’re sorry to hear that you felt the toilet and shower facilities could have been cleaned more often. Our facilities are cleaned regularly throughout the day, however, unfortunately, we cannot control how other guests leave them immediately after use. With the facilities being in constant use, they can sometimes require attention again shortly after they have been cleaned.
We always encourage guests to let us know of any issues they experience with the facilities during their stay and to report anything to reception. This gives us the opportunity to address the issue as quickly as possible.
We really appreciate your feedback and are pleased that, overall, you enjoyed your stay and would recommend us. We hope to welcome you and your family back to Bron-Y-Wendon in the future.

From the manager: Thank you, Dean, for taking the time to leave us a review. We’re pleased to hear you enjoyed the great views from the park.
We did notice your comment regarding the toilet block. As you haven’t mentioned any specific issue, we’re unsure what aspect you were disappointed with. If there were any issues, always welcome guests to raise these with reception during their stay, where we can address them at the time wherever possible.
Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope you enjoyed your visit to North Wales.
The view was lovely and there…
Powered gravel RV campsite (no awning)
Liked The view was lovely and there was a play area for the children. It was good that there’s food huts available and the shower block was fine for our 3 night stay.
Disliked The road was noisy and the pitches were very close together. We did put an awning up for privacy, but due to not having an awning pitch was asked to take it down.

From the manager: Thank you, Melissa, for taking the time to leave us a review. We’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed the lovely views, found the facilities suitable for your stay and made use of the children’s play area and food vans.
We’re sorry you were disappointed regarding the awning. We would just like to clarify that you had booked an electric touring pitch without an awning, rather than one of our designated awning pitches. We did advise during your stay that the awning would need to be taken down, as awnings are only permitted on pitches specifically booked as awning pitches. Had an awning pitch been booked, you would have been able to have your awning set up.
A sun canopy is permitted on our non-awning pitches, but only where it consists of the supporting legs with no sides and no groundsheet. This is to ensure that the pitch type and space requirements are adhered to consistently for all our guests.
We do appreciate your comments regarding the road noise. As we are located close to the A55, some traffic noise is unfortunately unavoidable, although our location does provide guests with easy access to Llandudno, Conwy and many of North Wales’ attractions.
Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope you enjoyed exploring the area during your visit.
