From the manager: Thank you for your lovely review and for sharing your photo, we’re really pleased you enjoyed the pitches and the views during your stay with us.
We appreciate your feedback regarding the no bikes and scooters policy. As a quiet park, this guideline helps us maintain a peaceful and safe environment for all of our guests. We do understand this can be difficult for families with young children, and we appreciate your understanding.
We hope to welcome you and your family back in the future should you decide to change your mind.
Lovely views, expensive for the lack of facilities and noise.
Electric gravel motorhome pitch (no awning)
Liked Hard standing pitch with electricity and water if required. Lovely views from the pitch as many of the other pitches weren’t taken. Plenty of toilets with heating. Reception has small shop with essentials. Pizza takeaway van on a Saturday night. Good if travelling down A55 for a stop off.
Disliked Water from sinks in the toilets and wash pot area were cold. Washing dishes outside in march with cold water is difficult. Plots quite overlooked by each other. Road and railway noise late into the night and early morning. Toilets and showers dated and there are only three showers which would get busy in the summer. No pubs/shops etc in walking distance.

From the manager: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent stay with us.
We’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed your pitch, the views, and found our facilities clean and our team helpful. It’s also great to know that features such as the on-site shop and weekend pizza van added to your experience.
We’re sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. Your comments regarding the water temperature and facilities have been noted and will be reviewed as part of our ongoing improvements. We would also like to mention that we always encourage our guests to report any issues to reception during their stay, as this allows our maintenance team the opportunity to investigate and resolve concerns as quickly as possible.
With regard to the surrounding noise, this is unfortunately outside of our control. We are located between the A55 and a railway line, and we do aim to be transparent about this in our location details so guests can make an informed choice prior to booking.
Your feedback is important to us, and we appreciate you highlighting both the positives and areas where we can improve.

Fully-serviced gravel touring caravan pitch
Liked Bron-Y-Wendon Holiday Park Is situated in a lovely position with views overlooking the sea with a short walk to a coastal path that is great for walking or cycling enabling you to walk to Colwyn Bay one way or Abergele the other way.
We were greeted by the friendly staff and shown to our pitch. Shower facilities are very good clean with plenty of hot water etc.
There’s also a very regular bus service available by a short walk into Llanddulas enabling journeys to many places e.g. Llandudno, Conwy, Rhyl etc.
All in all a really lovely site in a brilliant position so much so that we plan to return again soon.
Disliked Nothing.

Spacious and well serviced pitch. Nicely…
Fully-serviced gravel touring pitch
Liked Spacious and well serviced pitch. Nicely spaced out so everyone has a view.
Disliked Locks on toilets and having to remember the code was tricky. Smelt of faeces constantly (maybe a drainage issue).1 shower/toilet block closed and other with only 2 working showers. Man working in the out of order shower whilst showering on the other side of it was a bit unnerving. Police sirens and trains constantly passing by. Very steep hill to get to SEA flood defence wall. NO BEACH ACCESS NEAR BY

From the manager: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We’re really pleased to hear you enjoyed the spacious, well-serviced pitches and the layout of the site—it's great to know the views and spacing made a positive impression.
The external toilet lock is there to prevent non-guests from using our facilities in the evenings when the office is closed. The code is provided on your arrival map, ensuring you have access whenever you need it.
We’re sorry that the odour and shower facilities did not meet the standard we aim to provide and completely understand how frustrating this must have been. While many of our guests comment positively on the cleanliness of our facilities, we take your feedback seriously and will pass it on to the relevant team to investigate, particularly the drainage and maintenance issues you highlighted.
We also apologise for any discomfort caused by ongoing maintenance work and will review how this can be better managed in the future.
We do advise that we are located between the A55 and the railway line and this means that some traffic and train noise is unfortunately unavoidable.
Thank you again for your feedback, it is invaluable in helping us improve.

We’re sorry that the windy weather affected your stay and understand how this can impact your visit, especially by the coast. While this is unfortunately beyond our control, we do hope it won’t deter you from visiting us again in more favourable conditions.
