Liked: Ablutions nice and clean, decent showers. Pitch size very good and had the choice of a few as they weren’t all occupied. Welcoming for dogs with easy walk to the beach and plenty of waste bins.
Disliked: Most pitches on a slope, levelling ramps a must and even with ramps still slightly off level.

Disliked: Shower block water was off, it happens, so no complaint, would have been good to have another facility opened though ( reception & bar closed until 9am) . Lovely setting in a convenient location

Disliked: Pitches not maintained Park run down Strong smell of sewer in dining bar area (apparently waste lorry went past according to bar member) must happen every day all day then ! No locks on loos at club house Touring toilet block disgusting never hardly cleaned shower over bath drips Loud campsite after mid night Very high pricing on food and drink All activities have to be booked and paid for avoid battle blasters basic nerf gun shooting kids said it was really boring 2 bar staff in show bar hight of season (poor bar staff) All staff looked over worked and come across unhappy an in helpful

We're very sorry you didn't enjoy your recent stay at Thorness, this certainly isn't the experience we wanted you to have. I do hope you were able to raise any concerns with our dedicated Guest Experience Team in Reception, so that they could look to try and resolve these issues during your time with us. It’s disappointing to hear you did not find our bar and restaurant reasonably priced. We always aim to provide something suitable for all budgets with ever changing offers throughout the season, as well as staying competitive with the local area. I will also take the time to share your review with the relevant teams you've provided feedback for, so that we can work to make improvements. I do hope this experience won't deter you from visiting one of our 65 Holiday Parks again in future. ^AB

Liked: Site was lovely, little downhill without leveling blocks, but managed ok. Plenty on the site and very laid back and relaxed. Didn't get rushed off our pitch giving us ample.tome to pack away and take our time.
Disliked: Showers were too hot, with no temperature control.
