Liked Peaceful and beautiful surroundings with excellent facilities. Great adults only site with fishing, close to nature and easy access to the local town. Julie was a delight and very helpful with her local knowledge and friendly manner.

Liked A wonderful, small campsite set in a beautiful location. We camped under the oak tree and were able to do some birdwatching from right outside our tent. We even saw some woodpeckers in the tree directly above us and some bats in the evening. Facilities basic but perfectly adequate for a few nights and there is a lovely pub with a beautiful garden and a decent menu 10 minutes walk down the road. With no children, it was wonderfully quiet. Owner was friendly and helpful too. My only fear with praising it so much is that it might be harder to get a pitch in future!

Liked Beautiful scenery and great facilities. Fridge, freezer and swap-shop all a very handy addition. Toilets well maintained and clean. The campsite was just the right size too, this is one of the nicest we've ever stayed in.

Liked A small but lovely campsite on a rescue farm. Quiet, well kept and excellent facilities. We had a great time and it was wonderful to be around all the animals. The family were friendly and helpful and it was very interesting to hear about the farm and the animals there.

Liked Simple campsite in beautiful surroundings with a pub conveniently to hand. Walks nearby. Easy to get to.

Disliked Had to ask to find toilet/tap etc. Only one toilet cubicle (other than pub) for whole site.

Liked Beautiful location and we were able to camp right by the stream. Cheddar village is only a short walk away and it was lovely that there were no children around!
