Disliked Please be aware that reception for check in closes between 2-4pm and our booking said fully serviced pitch which I thought included electric but it didn’t. They charged me €10 extra for one night electric.

Liked Lovey town close by. Toilets and showers clean. Was a handy one night stop over on way south.

Disliked Mainly rundown static homes with a few touring pitches mixed in. No toilet roll or soap in toilets.

Disliked Tricky to find, directions take you to an office nowhere near the site ..we drove up and down the streets several times.

Liked Lovely site, Proximity to the railway station and village was perfect. Laundry facilities were excellent, cheap too, £5 to do a big wash and dry!

Disliked Toilet block needs a deep clean..shower drain blocked, furry extractor fans look like they’ve never been cleaned, back of toilet doors ….

Liked Fabulous site…best facilities ever. Immaculate, Spotlessly clean, laundry facilities excellent and really good value. Staff helpful, Can’t fault this place if I could give it 11 out of 10 I would.

Disliked Road noise, distance from camping pitch to shower/toilet block. Push button on shower lasted about 6 seconds.

Liked Loved the location, easy walking distance to lots of local amenities, very friendly and helpful staff. Small site so facilities close by …Toilet blocks /showers spotlessly clean although a little outdated.

Liked Nice big private pitches. Loved the location.

Disliked Facilities block..essentially outdoor, needs updating. Shower doors open to the elements, shower full of leaves and air temperature made them too cold to use.

Liked Very relaxed on open field with undefined pitches. Host was very welcoming and we thoroughly enjoyed the wine tasting. Composting toilet was fine.The clear sky at night was stunning, no light pollution. Excellent value for money.

Disliked The toilet/shower block by the beach gate smelt so bad it made me heave . This wasn’t a one off incident I tried it twice and the smell…disgusting. The restaurant on a Friday night had 2 mediocre dishes on offer.. considering this place is in the middle of nowhere not good.

Liked We had a fabulous pitch overlooking the ocean. Toilets blocks were spotlessly clean. Nice helpful staff. Very quiet while we were there. Easy walk to lots of bars and restaurants.

Liked Lovely private quiet pitches surrounded by hedges on 3 sides.Shower-block spotlessly clean. Good location to beaches and bar serving food and drinks on site. Fresh bakery produce available every morning and Herbie the owner was so friendly and knowledgable , if I could give customer service more than 10 I would! we really enjoyed our stay
