Liked Beautiful and peaceful basic campsite with very admirable eco credentials and ethos. Having the pitches marked out by mowing the meadow was a great touch and gave a sense of privacy and being in nature. A great find and the perfect summer campsite.

Liked Second time I’ve stayed here, basic and quiet site by a working farm with beautiful views. A really nice chilled place. Note the showers and water point are down a steep gravel track and the toilets could generously be described as basic, it doesn’t bother me and I applaud their eco credentials, but worth noting if other campers expect something a little fancier!

Liked Excellent quiet site with very well kept facilities and convenient location for the M6. Stayed a few times now when cycling and hiking in the lakes, it’s become my go-to site. It’s a working farm so don’t expect absolute silence from the general farm goings on but that’s never bothered me, I quite like it.

Liked Stayed here a couple of times now after a day on the fells. Super convenient for the M6 but still feels nice and quiet. Site is simple and spotlessly clean and the owners couldn't be nicer.

Liked Lovely little campsite on a working farm. Small and basic but spotlessly clean facilities and a very friendly owner who clearly takes pride in what they do. Despite being right by the M6 it feels very quiet and remote, which is perfect for what I wanted. Really nice, I’ll gladly stay here again.
