Liked Great experience camping in between the apple trees.

Disliked The showers were cold. We understand they are currently being refurbished but it would have been nice to have had a warning about the cold showers.

The pitches being very large at 16 feet wide with your own private row between the mature cider orchard stretching back over 300feet for you to all stretch out. The NEW bathroom block more than doubles our count of bathrooms and showers. I`m sorry you had a cold shower, the showers are usually hot. If you had let us know the showers had gone cold we would have moved heaven and earth to sort them immediately for you hot again. We`re always on site and there is a number you can call on the Camping leaflet you received when you booked in also on the camping leaflet is a map of the site which showers and bathrooms are located at either sides of the camping pitches. Where there are other hot showers you could have used should you wished to. We hope to have you back so we can show you new instalments as we constantly improve and the hot showers, again apologies for the cold shower, it must have really woken you up that morning. Liked Great location, close to local activities. The staff were friendly. The pod was clean and well maintained which took the hassle out of putting up a tent. Facilities like toilets etc were also well maintained.

Liked Great site, wonder to relax at the Barn trying their cider and wine from their orchard or vineyard. Our dog was very welcomed by their staff.

Disliked Not a dislike but they could do with more wheelbarrows, it is great they offer this but on a day where multiple people are checking out makes it difficult. We ended up having to do multiple trips of carrying out stuff from the pitch to the car, it's not super far away but would have been quicker and easier with a wheelbarrow.

Liked The settling was beautiful, lots of places to walk the dog and he also appeared more settled comparing to other camping trips which was nice to see.

Disliked The facilities did not appear to be maintained or cleaned during our stay. I don't think I saw anyone cleaning the toilets or refreshing the toilet paper once. I also did not see the site manager at all during our stay which again was a shame as other camping trips the site managers made their presence known in case of any questions.

Liked The pitches were around the outside of the Paddock which left a large playing area for kids.

Disliked Nothing to complain about really. However you need to be aware the bathroom facilities are basic which is not a problem for me but I know can be a problem for some people.
