AW fully-serviced gravel touring pitch
Liked The site is well manicured and the lawns and greeneries show pride.
The staff are nice and friendly and they are helpful.
Location ideal.
Disliked It’s a shame some of the customers staying at the site don’t show respect when using the toilets and showers because they are left messy and the cleaners do work hard to keep them clean.
I would suggest Potty Training courses because some of the morons stopping at the site don’t know how to use toilets properly.
A decent WiFi network covering the site would be a big asset.

Electric grass touring caravan pitch
Liked Nice site so near to the town centre not far to walk good entertainment pricey drinks stuff are nice too
Disliked You get £5 a day electric if you run out you have to top it up at the office or the pub booked. The pub and office was closed when we ran out so had no electric all night was very cold. I don’t use £5 electric at home a day so I cannot understand why I was using £5 a day in the Caravan when I never cooked in there. This is the only thing I don’t like about this Caravan site. They should have some kind of meter for out of hours to top up.

Excellent site
Electric grass touring caravan pitch
Liked The pitch we had was great with plenty of room for an awing and located near to the shower block. There was entertainment on site and Skegness was only about 20 min walk. Staff were friendly and did everything to help you. Pitch was flat and easy to manoeuvre into.
Disliked Wasn't impressed with with the shower block. They needed to be cleaned more thoroughly and regularly. My wife said there was toothpaste on one of the taps in the ladies for 2 days. Showers were great but again they need a good clean.
