Banish any visions of a stressy holiday stuck in hot cars and slow traffic out of your head… At North Shore Holiday Centre, a family-friendly Lincolnshire site 10 minutes’ walk from the centre of Skegness, you won’t have to travel far to stay busy once you arrive. North Shore is on the outskirts of Skegness, and there’s plenty of seaside resorty things to do within easy reach of the site: the sandy beach, pier and town centre are all within walking distance, and you’ll have to drive for less than 15 minutes to get to the museum, nature reserve, aquarium or theme park. There's tons to keep you busy on site too: perfect your end-game at the nine-hole pitch and putt, try out the arcade games, take the kids to the playground and go game-set-match on the tennis courts. Those with dogs should also be pleased to hear that the site has an enclosed dog area where they can be let off their leads. Feeling peckish? There are oodles of eateries within 25 minutes’ walk of North Shore, or you can settle in for a meal on site – call in to the fully-licensed bar-restaurant, then stick around for the evening’s entertainment.

20 foot powered cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite

Liked Facilities were immaculate, modern. Lots of showers, toilets and sinks, even in the dish washing area there were lots of sinks. Had an issue with my electric and the staff from the bar were so helpful. Didn't get a chance to go to the entertainment but they have so many things to do. The whole site was very well cared for.

Liked Friendly reception staff

Disliked I didn't like the fact you had to have a key card just to use the showers and toilets. I'm sure there must be a reason. I didn't like the way the electric was monitored in a card as well. Wouldn't return not my kind of campsite. Although some may like it.

Liked Great location and the onsite (although not cheap) EV charging points a bonus. Large toilet and shower block

Disliked The Elson point ended up getting either blocked or defo not being used correctly, so was very disgusting to use after a busy full site weekend.
The toilets were not very clean or tidy for very long either. As the grass is mowed and left on the ground there was a lot of mess on the floor from the grass picked up or ‘dumped’ by other site users. The other odd bit is that the hand washing area in the ladies you had in a seperated room with door access, not very hygenic in my view and probs would benefit with a hand sanitiser into and out of that area to prevent picking up bugs.

Liked Great value for money. Walking distance to Skegness and all its attractions.

Disliked The showers are dated and lacking seating, making getting dressed awkward.
Onsite bar is too expensive! As is the shop when there are supermarkets nearby. I appreciate a "mark-up" is necessary but the price of a small loaf was almost doubled.
