Clean facilities
Communal fridge/freezer is a bonus
Disliked The lane to arrive is really narrow and not very well sign posted
You will need levelling blocks if you are staying in the camping pitches
There is not enough showers or toilets if the site was to full capacity
From the manager: Thank you for the review for your 1 night stay with us, its a shame that you feel this way after we gave you a EHU pitch that was empty even though you had booked a non powered pitch.
Perhaps you did not see the signs on the main road into us or the large signs on our gate, the lane into us is a typical Devon lane leading to a lovely view, it has plenty of passing places for your small van and we have many large motorhomes, 5th wheelers stay with us without problems.
Our showers and toilets are spread out in several blocks and as you only stayed 1 night you may not have found them all.

Electric grass pitch
Liked Lovely site, very quiet with an occasional little plane taking off/landing. The pitches were well spaced out, which our barky dog very much appreciated (so did we!) and we had shade we could use. Lovely level pitch, although the ground was rock hard - hard ground pegs definitely needed! Tracey and Chris were friendly and very helpful - thank you for the loan of the additional chair! Nice to have use of a fridge/freezer too. Would recommend this site.
Disliked Not really a dislike, just a note that the showers are a bit dated - but clean, and the water is hot!
