Lady's Mile Holiday Park

Liked: Plenty of parking spaces on arrival to book in at reception,well maintained pitches.
I didn't have children but there was plenty for the kids to do.
Very dog friendly, there is a fenced off area for dogs with tunnels and obstacles.
Dogs are only allowed in certain areas of the clubhouse, this wasn't a problem and my dog made new friends.
There was a good choice of vegetarian meals for me. Tasted great and well presented.
All the staff I met were friendly and helpful.

Disliked: I didn't dislike anything, my only observation was that the ladies showers nearest to the club house needed a bit of updating.
We were told the WiFi was free but it wouldn't work for us even with the password.

Disliked: Waste bins overflowing, though it was a bank holiday weekend and busy, but staffing should have reflected this.

Liked: Lovely clean site . Pitch size was good . Location was good .

Disliked: Shower and toilet blocks ABIT tired and need refurbishment.

Liked: Very clean site with amazing facilities, the pitches were of a great size and the ablutions were very well maintained and clean

Disliked: Terrible phone service so purchased the WiFi which was just as bad and didn’t work,

Liked: Lovely large pitches. Great club house although very very busy.
Marquee bar was nice and chilled and silent disco was so much fun for all ages.

Disliked: Extra electric charges, we only had a small fridge plugged in and phone chargers and went over the limit.
Lifeguards at pool spent the whole time whistling about minor things, but when our daughter hit her head and shoulder on the slide the lifeguard at the bottom took no notice of her getting off in floods of tears and we had to ask someone for an ice pack.

Liked: Very nice relaxed camp site. All organised and easy to manage activities via app. Loved the indoor pool and entertainment. Great size pitch which you can choose yourself - great when travelling with friends - we had 3 nice pitches together. Really cant fault it.

We do apologise the steam room is not available and gym being closed during your stay – maintenance is essential but we understand it can be disappointing. We also appreciate your note about some pitches not being completely level.

Liked: Well it was so much better than we could have expected staff so helpful n friendly, lots to do, only 10 mins walk to the beach n funfair we will come back to stay x

Disliked: Lot of messing about to get power scanning code and sorting out wifi could be an easier way but ok once it was sorted
