Likte ikke Old shower / toilet block by the Meadow, some Meadow pitches are hard to get a heavy long motorhome level on as levelling blocks don’t go high enough could do with re- levelling with a JCB, there were a lot of un level motorhomes.

We’re pleased that you enjoyed the site overall, although we’re sorry that you felt the Meadow facilities and your pitch let the experience down a little.

We appreciate that the shower and toilet block in this area is showing its age, and we understand your comments regarding the condition of the facilities.

We also appreciate your feedback about the levelling of some of the Meadow pitches. We understand how difficult this can be, particularly with larger, heavier motorhomes when standard levelling blocks simply aren’t sufficient.

We’re sorry that you found the showers tired and the water pressure disappointing. We appreciate that our shower facilities are in need of some updating, and feedback like yours is important to us as we look at areas for future improvement.

We also understand your comments regarding the cost of the Wi-Fi. This service is provided and managed by an external company, but we will continue to pass on our guests’ feedback regarding both the service and pricing.

Likte The cleanliness and attention to detail were excellent, matching the quality of the pitch size and electric hookup. Staff members were welcoming, and the facilities proved impressive. Accessibility was generally acceptable in the main area for a mobility aid user.

Likte ikke Cash machine on site for cash only things like bingo. Automatic opening door on the disabled bathroom would be a huge improvement and benefit - was a struggle to pull door open and get through with mobility aids, didn’t even attempt it in my wheelchair.

Likte The staff are all super friendly and always happy. The food is really tasty and good value for money. The pitch we stayed on was massive, loads of room for our caravan Elvis, a full awning, windbreaker and the truck. The pitches are well maintained

Likte ikke I think the only thing we were disgruntled about was the paid wifi. It was pretty shocking. Kept chucking us off and the signal was quite bad, especially in the evenings.

We’re sorry to hear the Wi-Fi let you down, particularly as you had paid for the service. Our Wi-Fi is provided and managed by an external company, but we completely understand how frustrating an unreliable connection can be. Likte Large pitches, quiet nights, great value for money, able to do laundry, Bingo if liked, mind festival to raise money for mental health music all day really good band called the bootleggars.

Likte Lovely and clean with plenty of space for car and tent. Showers and toilets were really clean. The entertainment was good.

Likte Lovely well kept site. Affordable facilities on site and well stocked shop. Free indoor and outdoor swimming, free small indoor soft play and a really good play park for kids too. Will definitely go back

Likte ikke Could do with pedestrian/zebra crossings on parts of the site particularly by the swimming pools area and the outdoor play park. Could also do with some form of speed management as some people drove as if they were on a main road

Likte Nice site, kept quite clean. Good shop.

Likte ikke Taps and showers. could be a lot cleaner, the taps would go off as soon as you press the tap so washing your hands properly were a pain, showers were very low pressure and were going off shortly after pressed too, same with the wash basins.
Really dislike this on sites and the toilet facility are very important to camping and touring guests. outdoor seating could be better covered, the facility was there but when raining you had to find staff to ask them to put the cover over which seems silly, staff should be on the ball with this.
