Thorpe Farm Centre is in a peaceful area around our pond and is perfect to keep kids entertained!

The 18th-century Peel House is home to our farm shop, a café, gift shop and a reclamation barn.

We welcome caravans, motorhomes and tents, with or without electric hookup.

Dogs are more than welcome but must be kept on leads.

We have toilet and shower blocks with disabled facilities. We also have fresh water and a chemical disposal unit.

Try our breakfasts or Sunday lunch in the café or buy fresh local produce from our farm shop, including bread, milk, bacon, sausages and eggs.

Terms and conditions

Please read the park terms and conditions below and the terms and conditions.

Please be aware that Thorpe Farm is a working farm - entrance to areas of the farmstead is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.

Occupiers are responsible for their own conduct and the conduct of their children who should be supervised at all times.

We expect everyone to have courtesy, respect and consideration at all times to neighbours and caravan owners. Bad language, unruly and intimidating behaviour will not be tolerated and visitors will be asked to leave.

All caravans must be fitted with a fire extinguisher.

Check out by 10am.

The site is open between 7.30am and 10.30pm.

The use of electric heaters in awnings is strictly forbidden.

Thorpe Farm Caravan Park accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or theft of any property, including vehicles, caravans, and contents thereof.

The speed limit on-site is 5mph.

Extra cars must be parked in the car park.

Commercial vehicles, electric and motor-driven vehicles are not allowed on the park.

Generators are only allowed on certain areas of the site and only allowed if agreed by the management.

Open fires are not allowed. Barbecues may be lit provided they are raised off the ground and are in a suitable container – no wood burning.

Dogs must be kept on leads and cleared up after.

Silence rule between 10pm and 9am.

Use the refuse and recycling bins and chemical disposal points provided, and leave all facilities clean after use.

All rubbish and waste must be disposed of at the refuse area.

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Children are only allowed near the pond if accompanied by an adult.

Paddling and bathing in the pond is dangerous and strictly prohibited.

Fishing in the pond is possible (you need your own fishing rod and licence). We can guarantee plenty of weeds but not much fish.
