Ik was blij met Beautiful site, kids absolutely love it here dish a fab family feel to it and the animals are just so friendly

Ik was niet blij met Prices are high in the restraint and take out could do with some more bots on the bottom field for the kids and the play park could do with a update and made bigger and better

Ik was blij met Loved the site, beautiful dog walk, dog friendly restaurant/cafe, gift shop fabulous, farm great for my 2 year old, he loved the friendly goats and donkey.

Ik was niet blij met The sound is very loud from road where tents are pitched. - even at night
The tent pitches are on a hill, our beds ended up at bottom of tent and unable to sit on chairs comfortably in tent due to being on hill too

Ik was blij met Very friendly staff, clean and well laid out site. Good choice of food products in farm shop. Good quality. Good on site cafe. Good size pitches. Other reviews mention road noise and whilst this is evident, we were sited very close to road and did not affect stay.

Ik was niet blij met Wi-Fi quite poor and TV reception not great.

Thank you as well for your feedback regarding the Wi-Fi and TV reception. Wi-Fi is currently available within The Courtyard building, although we do not currently have Wi-Fi coverage out to the pitches. It is something we are actively looking into for our guests moving forward.

Ik was blij met The site was quiet while we were there. The bathroom facilities were very good. We couldn’t use the lounge as we had dogs with us, but it looked very comfy.
Nice area to walk the dogs, behind the animal pens.

Ik was niet blij met We knew the road was close, and it was noisy. A pair of earplugs sorted out the noise.

Ik was blij met The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the pitches were spacious.
The shop was well stocked and of a reasonable price.

Ik was niet blij met Showers were the push button type and lasted about 10 seconds so constant button pushing was needed, once hot they were far too hot with no temperature control.
The hard standing pitches were great but the stones were very large and so shoes were a necessity in the awning.
Regular smells of someone smoking weed.

We understand the push-button showers can be frustrating, and we appreciate your comments regarding both the timing and temperature control — this is something we will review with our maintenance team. Ik was blij met Nice Site but no sun on our pitch and on a thoroughfare through the fence to another pitch. Owners very friendly and helpful. Will stay again but on another pitch.

Ik was blij met The Cafe and staff were absolutely lovely! Toilet and shower facilities were great and the pitch size you get is huge!

Ik was niet blij met FAR too close to the A66 (we had a electric tent pitch) and you're maybe 20? metres from the A66. Equally, we had an incident of a caravan with 4 dogs not on their leads (despite site rules) which ran over to our dog who was on a lead - 3 were friendly enough but 1 was snapping at our puppy. Also on one of the nights we saw another dog from a different caravan had ran off - so not much adherence to rules

We’re sorry to hear about your experience with the dogs during your stay. We do ask that all dogs are kept on leads around the park for the comfort and safety of all guests, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We’ll make sure this is monitored closely by the team.

Being close to the A66 does make us a convenient stop for many visitors, although we appreciate the road noise can be noticeable on some pitches.

Ik was blij met What a wonderful site beautiful lovely staff and very nice pitch areas and must say the new toilet and shower block very modern also had a lounge with Tv, laundry and access for wheelchair etc, great washing up sink area, water nice and hot, very secure sight lovely shop, coffee shop and restaurant. Lovely shop with loads of gifts in. The walks were amazing and animals and a lovely walk through the tunnel under the A66 to a local small village with a lovely pub and great food. I would recommend this site

Ik was niet blij met Only one thing the pitch area is right next to A66 but did not really disturb us and some of the grass pitches are not so flat
