Gostou Lovely site! 10/10!
Children loved it.
Lovely clean site, friendly atmosphere.
Children went to soft play & the maze. Absolutely fab! We fed the animals too! We had Sunday lunch today which was gorgeous! Toilets & showers lovely & clean! Fantastic weekend! Thank you Thorpe farm we will definitely be back soon!

Gostou The recption and play areas were as advertised but we didn’t see the rest as the pitch offered was basically on the hard shoulder of a dual carriage way.

If you find the section on here that says important information and then scroll right to the bottom of the list, it does say it’s next to a road which means they don’t have to offer you a refund.

The staff are clearly used to people turning up and being heavily disappointed as they weren’t even apologetic or surprised. We left and found a beautiful quiet campsite elsewhere.

Gostou Everything was easily accessed, so much to do during the day and the kids loved the play areas. We didn’t try the soft plays but it looked good and the farm was amazing.
Local pub, a ten minute walk away was fantastic for food

Não gostou Could have done with longer opening times for the restaurant and bar, or even a smaller shop opening later

Gostou The toilets and showers was clean and staff very helpful.

Não gostou Placed right near the A66. Had no sleep because of the traffic throughout the day and night.

The toilets was far away from where we was pitched.

No bar open or pub closed.

We're sorry to hear that the road noise affected your stay and that the distance to the toilet and shower facilities from your pitch wasn't as convenient as you had hoped. We also appreciate your comments regarding the lack of an on-site pub. While we don't have a pub at Thorpe Farm Centre, we do recommend the nearby Morritt Hotel, which offers evening meals and a welcoming bar area.

Não gostou We were on a pitch closest to road, had read reviews so were prepared for this.
Didn't feel we could walk round the lake with it having a barrier (which was a shame)
Internet not great, luckily warm weather and son forgot to take his tablet anyway 🤣
Lots of dogs off lead
Neighbours coming onto our pitch, Neighbour decided to take a snooze infront of our caravan wrapped in a blanket, my little boy didn't see her and nearly hit her with a ball.

We appreciate you sharing your feedback regarding the areas that could be improved. We understand that pitches closer to the A66 can experience road noise, and we're glad you were prepared for this before your visit.

We're sorry to hear that the barrier around the lake made you feel unable to explore that area, and we'll take this feedback on board when reviewing our signage and access information.

We also apologise for the issues you experienced with dogs being off lead and neighbouring guests encroaching on your pitch. This is not the standard we expect on site, and we take these matters seriously as we want all our guests to feel comfortable, safe and able to enjoy their own space during their stay.

Gostou Great facilities which were clean and tidy, we stayed on a grass with electric pitch we enjoyed the Sunday Carvery at the Farm shop, the location was great for cycling routes.

Gostou Nice clean site , decent shower block , good for kids as there are a few animals aswell

Não gostou Hard work emptying waste as I requires dragging up hill through deep gravel , so not ideal .

Gostou Everything is neat, clean and tidy. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Many things to do. Great farm shop with lots of choice of quality food and drink.

Não gostou We got a pitch close to the main road. This was mentioned in the ad. Next time we'll aim for a pitch further away from the road for less noise.
