Cliff House Holiday Park is the perfect destination for touring and camping, ideal for enjoying and exploring Suffolk and the Suffolk coastline. With a spacious 30 acres we have a multitude of high-quality camping & touring pitches to choose from. The holiday park is surrounded by the most beautiful heathland, woodland and of course the beach. We are a very dog friendly site, with treats on hand - the beach is also dog friendly all year round! Whether you're travelling solo, as a couple, with your family, or with friends, we welcome everyone!
At Cliff House Holiday Park, you get the best of both worlds, not only are we right on the beach, we are also a woodland park. We are lucky to have a multitude of wildlife on the park and in the surrounding areas. Keep an eye out for the red deer, rare birds and badgers - rabbits, squirrels and muntjac's are a common sight. There are National Trust walking routes are available directly from the park and there is a variety of local attractions to choose from.
All touring pitches and most of our camping pitches are available with the use of electric hook up! While we will always try to accommodate you where we can, we do recommend booking fast to avoid disappointment as we are very popular during holiday seasons. Cliff House Holiday Park is beautiful all year round, come in winter to get cosy round the campfire, spring to see the daffodils, or summer to enjoy the sun!
Our facilities include a fantastic bar & restaurant, shop, playground, direct beach access, two well fitted shower and toilet blocks, Elsan points, washing up facilities, a laundrette, and a BBQ area. The 12 Lost Churches, our contemporary Bar and Restaurant is open all year round serving food and drinks from local suppliers. It gives the park and the local area a fabulously versatile facility to use. Come visit it now and see, there really is nothing like it in the whole of Suffolk!

How to find us:

From the South:
From Ipswich head north on the A12 towards Lowestoft for just over 20 miles. Just through Yoxford turn right into Westleton Rd, sign posted Dunwich Heath.
Keep going (approx 3 miles) until you reach T-Junction at Westleton, turn left. Through the village and at the end of the hill turn right to Dunwich Heath. Take the 2nd turning to the right at the caravan tourist board sign. Cliff House is on the left 1 mile ahead.
From the North:
From Lowestoft head south on the A12 for 13 miles until you reach the White Hart public house, turn left (sign posted Blythburgh).
Straight ahead for 2 miles, turn right at the church. At T-Junction, turn right and keep going through the bends until the Dunwich Heath sign and then turn left. Cliff House is 1 mile ahead.
Nearest Train Station is Darsham, located approximately 5.4 miles from Cliff House Holiday Park.

We are in a fantastic location with National Trust walking routes directly from our park and a variety of nearby attractions to choose from. We have direct beach access giving you stunning beach walks right on your doorstep!
RSPB Minsmere is short drive away or a 2 mile walk which is a great day out for wildlife lovers, there are family friendly opportunities to take part in pond dipping, den building and more!
Local seaside towns such as Southwold and Aldeburgh are a short drive away, or there is the picturesque Thorpeness famous for its meare boating lake and the iconic House in the Clouds.
If you like history find out about the Lost City in the Dunwich museum, or view the Greyfriars ruins which are around a 30 minute walk from our park.
