We have 120 high quality camping & touring caravan pitches available by the night, with seasonal pitches from March and October. Our monthy pitches are now available all year round. We also are able to store your caravan over the winter period. Please telephone our reception for information and prices for this facility. All touring pitches and the majority of our camping pitches are availble with the use of electric hook up. Facilities include a fantastic bar & restaurant, shop, playground, family games room with T.V. pool tables, beach access, cycle hire, National Trust Walks and a well fitted renovated shower and toilet block. The 12 Lost Churches, our contemporary Bar and Restaurant is open every day from 11am - 3pm and then 6pm until close. It is open all year round serving food, drinks, for parties, functions and weddings giving the Park and the local area a fabulously versatile facility to use. Come and visit it now and see, there really is nothing like it in the whole of Suffolk!!

喜欢 The friendly welcome and the relaxed atmosphere of the whole site. For us some sites are just took clinically set out and managed.

不喜欢 Toilets cleaning could be improved... cobwebs and build up of dust in corners and edges of flooring. Cobwebs, dust and dead leaves on window sills.

喜欢 Everything, from the time we arrived to the time we left (we really didn’t want to leave). Toilets, showers and all site facilities were great. The Reception was very welcoming, informative and we were shown to our pitch. The shop is well stocked and having a bar and restaurant on site was also a bonus for those who didn’t fancy cooking or just wanted to relax with a pint.

喜欢 It was absolutely awesome touring / camping site. Very very clean. Everybody really helpful especially Jeremy. Tho he told me and my partner Liz he was there temporarily, I think he will be a real big miss. Couldn't do enough to help us. Liz used to have a Irish Red Setter so when she saw Jeremy's Dog Milo that absolutely made our stay that much more special. We did take Milo for a few walks which was very nice of Jeremy to let us do. Very very good site . .and the Beach is so so close .Only 1 very very small thing which could be improved is the showers stay on for about 10 seconds and then have to keep being pushed. But I guess it's better than to have them wasting too much water. We'll done to the team there. Awesome.

喜欢 Mostly quiet and peaceful, beach was very close , well equipped shop and food was very good with enormous portions.

不喜欢 Heath was closed so walking was quite limited, maybe a few too many trees, nice in the summer but not as good as the weather changes especially with the bird droppings.

喜欢 The unlimited pitch size was perfect as we have an 8m X 5m air tent. Peaceful and not at all busy this time of year. Beach just short walk behind our pitch and the shop and bar/bistro 50 metres away. Great showers, nice and clean also just behind our pitch. We hit good weather so it really made our stay that bit more enjoyable.

不喜欢 Power failure during Tuesday night which made the tent pretty cold as our little heater switched off. Only lasted about 2 hours but was enough to disturb my sleep. Waste collection Lorrie’s turning up at 6am emptying biffa bins is a bit much I would say but I needed to take the dogs out for their morning walk anyway. The park was clean and tidy with plenty of dog poo bins around.

Postcode: IP17 3DQ From the south: From Ipswich, head north on the A12 towards Lowestoft for 20 miles. Once through Yoxford, turn right into Westleton Road, sign posted Dunwich Heath. Keep going until the T-Junction at Westleton and turn left. Once through the village, turn right to Dunwich Heath. Take the second turn on the right at the tourist board sign. After a mile, Cliff House is on the left. From the north: From Lowestoft, head south on the A12 for 13 miles. Turn left (signposted Blythburgh) at the White Hart public house. Keep going for two miles, and turn right at the church. At the T-Junction, turn right and keep going until the Dunwich Heath sign. Turn left. Cliff House is a mile ahead.

Cute-as-a-picture seaside towns include Southwold (20 minutes’ drive), where you can tour Adnams Brewery and the lighthouse, browse smart shops and eat fish and chips on the pier; Aldeburgh (25 minutes) is well-known for tours of the arts and crafts Red House, former home of composer Benjamin Britten, and Suffolk-born Maggi Hambling’s vast ‘Scallop’ sculpture on the beach. Still on the coast, Thorpeness (25 minutes) is set around the Meare boating lake; it is also gateway to the Suffolk & Essex Coast & Heaths National Landscape, criss-crossed with wildlife walks and cycle rides. If you’d rather not stray so far from base camp, RSPB Minsmere (10 minutes) is another great day out for wildlife lovers, with family-friendly opportunities to take part in pond dipping and den building. There are also family-centric activities like felting and archaeology talks at Dunwich Museum (five minutes), where you can learn about the ‘Lost City’ – Dunwich was once a thriving medieval port that slowly slipped into the sea due to erosion and storm surges.
