We have 120 high quality camping & touring caravan pitches available by the night, with seasonal pitches from March and October. Our monthy pitches are now available all year round. We also are able to store your caravan over the winter period. Please telephone our reception for information and prices for this facility. All touring pitches and the majority of our camping pitches are availble with the use of electric hook up. Facilities include a fantastic bar & restaurant, shop, playground, family games room with T.V. pool tables, beach access, cycle hire, National Trust Walks and a well fitted renovated shower and toilet block. The 12 Lost Churches, our contemporary Bar and Restaurant is open every day from 11am - 3pm and then 6pm until close. It is open all year round serving food, drinks, for parties, functions and weddings giving the Park and the local area a fabulously versatile facility to use. Come and visit it now and see, there really is nothing like it in the whole of Suffolk!!

Em va agradar We really like the amenities on site, especially the shop and the friendly lady who runs it. All the site staff were always open for advice, given with a smile.

No em va agradar We booked hard standing, due to the time of year and thought they could’ve been better.

Em va agradar Great spot for a getaway loads of space, direct access to the beach, very dog friendly, 20mins walk to Dunwich either along the beach or footpaths through the heathland where there is a pub and a cafe on the beach selling great fish and chips, coffee and cakes, a small shop on site that sells pretty much anything you need, great bar and restaurant and very very friendly helpful staff.

Em va agradar Arrived and net the reception staff and met the man called worzel who took us to are area very helpful and told us we're things are very nice place

No em va agradar The menu could of been a little but more cheaper and a few more quick and simple meals.

Em va agradar Absolutely wonderful stay at Cliff House.
It was my first visit to this site and it is very spacious and clean.
The staff were all so polite and welcoming.
The pitches were a good size and the site is well maintained.
The shower/toilet blocks were spotless with the added bonus of a hairdryer.
Direct access to the beach was a bonus, although if you have mobility issues then it may be difficult for you to get down the steep steps.
The 12 lost churches bar/bistro/restaurant was great, the food served were large portion sizes, would have liked to have seen a few more small plate options but the food was good.
The bar area has a great play area for children which doesn’t pose a noise problem for diners as it’s in the outside area.
Will definitely be back for another visit!

Em va agradar Lovely park itself and walks
Toilet blocks were clean

No em va agradar Warden is very nosey and quick to tell u off.
We had the worst pitch, right behind the
Office, we had members of staff telling someone clearly they had a rowe with there whole life story, woken at 8.30 by banging noises like sheet of metal.
people shouting and kids banging balls against the fence behind our caravan.
WiFi was awful
Pub prices were very high £19 For burger and chips.
Black flies constantly round the caravan and our van when the sun was out which was 80% of our visit, couldn’t sit outside to enjoy the winter sun.

Em va agradar Fabulous site, all amenities , very clean and well maintained and a fabulous location next to the beach but also right in the heath...right by RSPB Minsmere too... Dunwich is lovely

No em va agradar It was end if season and they were running kitchen down, so not many waiting staff and lots of options not available, but what was there was nice and the few staff worked hard. It would have been good to know what to expect.

Em va agradar Great location.
Friendly, helpful staff.
Excellent access to beach.
Nice on site bar/restaurant.

No em va agradar Very difficult to navigate the site in the dark when we arrived.
Cold showers on the first morning (sorted out promptly - was due to pilot light going out).

Em va agradar Great pitch with electricity close by. Lots of tree shade from wind and sun. It was great having the onsite bar with 2 local ales on tap. Beach access was great and a lovely walk towards Southwold (great cafe about 45 mins walk along the beach. Good toilet and washing up facilities for touring.

No em va agradar There's very weak/sporadic phone signal and the wifi is only really available at reception so make sure you've downloaded everything you need before you arrive.

Em va agradar It was my first time camping with my children and we loved it! Great that it had on site amenities like park, restaurant, showers, toilets, and the sea is right there, which was lovely. Highly recommend to anyone!

Postcode: IP17 3DQ From the south: From Ipswich, head north on the A12 towards Lowestoft for 20 miles. Once through Yoxford, turn right into Westleton Road, sign posted Dunwich Heath. Keep going until the T-Junction at Westleton and turn left. Once through the village, turn right to Dunwich Heath. Take the second turn on the right at the tourist board sign. After a mile, Cliff House is on the left. From the north: From Lowestoft, head south on the A12 for 13 miles. Turn left (signposted Blythburgh) at the White Hart public house. Keep going for two miles, and turn right at the church. At the T-Junction, turn right and keep going until the Dunwich Heath sign. Turn left. Cliff House is a mile ahead.

Still on the coast, Thorpeness (25 minutes) is set around the Meare boating lake; it is also gateway to the Suffolk & Essex Coast & Heaths National Landscape, criss-crossed with wildlife walks and cycle rides. If you’d rather not stray so far from base camp, RSPB Minsmere (10 minutes) is another great day out for wildlife lovers, with family-friendly opportunities to take part in pond dipping and den building. There are also family-centric activities like felting and archaeology talks at Dunwich Museum (five minutes), where you can learn about the ‘Lost City’ – Dunwich was once a thriving medieval port that slowly slipped into the sea due to erosion and storm surges.
