What customers say
This riverside campsite offers a friendly atmosphere with a great location for walks and water activities. Guests praised the welcoming staff and owner, Phil, along with the on-site pub and entertainment. Pods are generally well-equipped and good value. While some facilities require updates, particularly the showers and the unheated pool, ongoing improvements are noted. Dog-friendly with nearby aviation attractions, it's a popular choice for a relaxing break.

Liked Great riverside location, friendly staff and locals, facilities pretty good , amazing food and entertainment including karaoke. Pool table and darts all good. A good effort to make everyone feel welcome. Pub down the river also so perfect if paddle boarding etc.
Disliked Campervan pitch more expensive than booking a pod which is strange, no non electric option if you have an off grid van.

Great little family friendly campsite
Electric hardstanding and grass touring pitch
Liked Great access to river for paddle boards, good facilities (toilets showers etc), each hard standing plot has been levelled so no messing just pull up and crack on. Clubhouse beers and food was fantastic the burgers are something special - the people we met as well as the owner were extremely welcoming and friendly great atmosphere. The karaoke was good until we got hold of the mic lol 😂

Electric hardstanding and grass touring pitch
Liked We stayed here while using our jet ski at Lake Tattershall, and the campsite is only about 8 minutes away, making it a perfect location if you have a campervan, motorhome, or are towing a trailer. We were able to park our jet ski trailer right next to our campervan, which was really convenient.
Phil was an excellent host—very welcoming, friendly, and helpful from the moment we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble, and he made us feel right at home.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this campsite. We’ll certainly be back!

Liked Everything. Made the mistake of booking night before hottest day on planet and let me tell you that pool is to die for!
Within first minute of arriving the owner came and greeted us asking if all was ok and sent us to where we needed to be sited and explained all the was to know about the site. Really enjoyed our weekend and will 100% be coming back ideally sooner rather than later.
Just to add, also has the best site mascot who comes to greet everyone at night time and gets sneaky snacks from people as a reward
Disliked Nothing- Would have enjoyed a pint on a Sunday evening before leaving though.
