Liked: Everything! Not one thing we can complain about ! Beautiful site so clean and tidy really lovely staff and owner we genuinely can't wait to come back! Felt so safe with our children able to run and play care free our fav site!

Liked: First of all, the owner is super nice and helpful, the entire crew is also available and very nice. Camping Pod is very clean, the fridge and other equipment are clean, the toilets and showers are also clean, and it includes heating. The entire area is well-kept, and the grass is mowed. Swimming pool area is also very clean, and accessible to everyone—on-site bar with pool table and TV. The nearest shop is only 9 minutes away by car, local premier or Co-op. There are beautiful views of the river and tables where you can rest by the river and the pier. All in a quiet and peaceful area, an ideal place to relax for very low price.

Disliked: cold water in the swimming pool but a nice smell, not chlor

From the manager: we take our reviews very seriously as our team work so hard to ,please and as you can see by our other comments .which have been amazing but only this time i will not agree with your comments . and review I pride my self on customer service and managing of this company The first time you stayed at Riverview our team and some our residents were very worried about your wellbeing. and safety It was bought to my attention. At 10 am in the morning one of my team had to help you down 2 steps . as it was very noticeable you were intoxicated and unable to walk correctly . and with the river only a few yard away our concerns were validated plus this continued all weekend long 1 . I inspected you pod personal before when handed you the keys and it was perfect . ( on your previous visit you did point out to our cleaner a small peace of fluff under the fridge after you had moved the fridge to inspect the floor . this was corrected immediately) 2 The touring park this weekend was looking amazing with well cut stripy lawns and all the pod had been jet washed that week and cleaned for the weekend 3 If there was a problem like you did last time you stayed why did you not come and see me as it would have been put right asap even when you left Riverview we had a friendly chat and you said how much you enjoyed your stay with you friend so your comments I real strongly disagree With Taking comment seriously is a perfect way to manage the park as we are constantly striving to improve our customer experiences and quality of service thank you Phil park manager

Liked: Super quiet. Stunning scenery. Well kept pod. Clean and accessible toilet and shower block. Friendly owners and fellow campers. Close to really nice walking areas and places to visit. Super cheap!
