喜欢 Site was in a beautiful location and not too big so a short walk to amenities. Happy hour great idea getting campers all together.

不喜欢 Very helpful on site but really difficult to get a return call prior to stay as left 3 messages. Shame no restaurant at the moment but takeaway service from local businesses good. Could have hired in a fish n chips van or similar for Saturday night. Toilets were tired no hand soap and needed some TLC.

Great idear but unfortunately my godly powers are.limited

But when we offer food delivery and served it to you in the bar as it was our own not a bad option

喜欢 The site is lovely
The scenery is lovely
The pod is a very reasonable size with fridge toaster and kettle inside.
Great size pool and gym

不喜欢 Was upsetting as there were no chef so had to order a takeaway to the site, we would of loved a pub meal and breakfast.
Pool isnt heated so it was freezing so never went in even thow it was boiling weather.
With it been hot weather it is unbearable to sleep in the pod even though we also took a fan.

From the 26th June friday is our opening
We have the fabulous
Texas smoke house with our own smokery

We have two of the best young cheffs realy making a name for them selves we realy proud they have become part of the riverview and tavern team
Google buns on the run

The pool its not for the faint hearted but the kiddd love it

Us oldies are better taking a bear or wine for the tavern next door

I very sorry about the food please get in touch you can have a free night with us

Camping touring can be challenging when its 30' in the shade thank goodness its only a few days of the year

喜欢 Absolutely loved this place. I was with my German Shepherd and we had some lovely long walks around the very scenic area. The staff work hard around the site and Phil is always on hand if theres any problems. I found the site and toilets very clean and well stocked. If you book this pplace you wont forget it

喜欢 Peaceful , small site. Close to River Witham
Friendly owner, nice bar area & lovely walk along the riverbank.
Disabled facilities available,
Dog friendly
Pool & gym onsite
Good base for visiting Skegness, Lincoln, Mablethorpe etc
Near Coningsby
Bring a canoe or paddleboard
(Visit Woodhall Spa & The Bluebell Pub)

不喜欢 No check in on arrival was odd
Shower/ toilet block needs attention. Floor as you step in is sunken, take care. Outside
Steps need washing down also
The washing up sink could do with shelter and is too close to the toilet waste area.

No food available on site due to staff issues & nearest shop is 2 miles away

Re the swallow nest . Unfortunately we are not allowed yo remove the nest until they have flown south for the winter.

Being a family run park there are always maintenance issue.

My amazing team all have to were different hats
And we very sorry that no body was sat behind our reception desk apron your arrival

But my self or a team member would have been on park . We just to smsll park to employ limitless number of staff

喜欢 The pod was very clean. The site was lovely and peaceful. Phil and the team couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. The club house had a great atmosphere and we all felt like we belonged there. The children had fun in the swimming pool even though it wasn't heated. It was useful being able to use the gym next to the pool. We will be back!

不喜欢 There was no food at the restaurant. However, we ordered a takeaway and had it plated up and washed up for us at the clubhouse. They even gave us condiments to go with our takeaway.

Yes unfortunately we lost our cheff and we are currently trying very hard to replace
Its is challenge being located in such a rural location

We di give the option of food delivery
India .Chinese. Pizza. Fish and chips
Were we can serve you with plates etc
You did tate advantage of this

Plus you did love the karaoke over the weekend and your husband enjoyed the boxing we put on the TV for him

How ever if you would like to return we can give you a free day

喜欢 Neatness of whole site, incredibly quiet and although shower facilities are basic we had a very pleasant stay. Owners very friendly and very often come to see you to ensure everything is ok.

喜欢 The lovely river area so close to the pod.

不喜欢 No receptionist on arrival, looked all over waited over 45 minutes before I saw a holiday maker who gave me the key to the pod. We just had no choice. The area around the entrance near reception was an utter disgrace, I was extremely disappointed 😞.

We very small family run holiday park with 14 hard standing pitched and 14 camping pods
If you would have called my number you would have recieved from the pitch up or seen it located on the door to reception I or one of my amazing park staff would have attended to you as they were on park

I very sorry for the full bins our bins in are bin store they are collected on Tuesday early morning

And as you arrived on a monday after very busy weekend and as you can see from previous 10 star reviews from the same weekend

I wish I had the goldly powers to empty the bins daily

And the economic of free receptionist to sit there waiting for you to check it

But to see the full park in all of its glory

I offer you a free week end

喜欢 The location in proximity to Lincoln. the size of the pod, value for money in comparison to a tent in a field. Very quiet.

不喜欢 The toilets were awful. The floor was dangerous, there were swallows nesting in the women's. The mens toilets weren't even accessible for the first day as locked . The showers were horrendous. You pushed the button and the water lasted under 5seconds. Not the kind you cohld keep depressed to keep running.
The first pod we were shown to had ant powder all around it. We had dogs with us and its toxic to them. Asked to be moved and were but shouldn't be put in places where pets are accepted. Lock on disabled toilet didnt work and jammed.

Re the push button on the showers .this us a typical function for shower blocking its to ensure there enough hot water fir every body

Swallow in the ladies. First of all we are located in a beautufil rural location
We do love the swallow and this year has been a challenge. When the door to the shower block is left open the swallow come in
It is against the law to remove the nests . But a nature lovers Iwe have to live in there community to be honest its somthing very special to see and witness

Re ants . We do have challenges living in the country side and from time to time a problem with out little freinds from ants .mole . Otters . Sammie the seal who comes up from Boston

We have to put non toxic ant power down. To stop the ants
Once we understood you had a dog we changed your pod so realy do not understand your problem



I have asked my team to check the lock on disabled shower block
But you are not disabled so why would you be using this

Floors are cleaned 2 times every day

Re locked door first day there are no locks on the external show block door
So this I'm can not be correct

The shower block are so clean and cleaned 2 x a day
The floors are perfrct and not dangerous
So we do not understand your comments

Please we thrive on giving people a happy stay

So please have a free week end on us . Once the swallow have flown south for the winter
