Ik was blij met Site was well spaced and quiet managers were friendly and welcoming
Apologetic for standard maintenance on site as they had only just taken control.of site

Ik was niet blij met Due to very dry weather the ground around the hard standing was very uneven. Also due to that same issue where bushes had been cut they didnt look very nice.
Facilities are tired and worn but have been advised by new manager that this is in hand. A site notice board would be a good idea to let campers know timings for pool bar and food etc

Ik was blij met My daughter and I had a lovely welcome. The new owners are great! They will go out of their way to make your stay a great one. The pod was clean and very comfortable. My daughter and I loved the swimming pool. The bar was great too with great prices! We will definitely be going back!

Ik was blij met The manager we met was very professional and very polite,nothing was too much trouble,we arrived a little earlier and we asked if we could park car as we had arrived early and was going to go for a walk but the lovely lady looked to see if our pods were ready and they were,so we were able to unpack and then go for a walk.Upon walking into the pods they were immaculately clean,they are nice and cosy,we had a great sleep and a restful night,loved sitting by the river watching the wildlife at night absolutely stunning place so peaceful and relaxing,I highly recommend.
The toilets/shower were pristine and well stocked with loo roll,great bar 🍸 had a few barcardis the young man that was serving was very polite and professional 👍 we will definitely be back for longer than a night next time,thankyou for such a lovely stay🙂

Ik was blij met The new managers are both lovely, very friendly and helpful. I visited my mum and dad for an hour as they was here in their caravan but decided i wanted to stay, enquired about a pod but they was all fully booked, after 15 mins or so the managers came and found me and told me there was a cancellation, they was both so very kind. We had such a good time i ended up staying another night, had food at the pub which was all homemade and really good quality, the other families were extremely friendly, had such a laugh in the pub in the evenings, bingo and a karaoke was on. Even though theres children here its so quiet and peaceful, all the children are well behaved . I also love that its dog friendly. Booked again for 2 weeks time.

Ik was blij met Great value for money,and found the bed comfortable.

Ik was niet blij met Some areas may do with a bit of TLC but the new owners say they are going to do this.The outside washing up area I feel would be better undercover but reckon this maybe in there plans?

Ik was blij met The area, the size of the pitch, the view and the friendly staff. Was lovely sitting outside watching the Raf jets go by.

Ik was niet blij met The shower was a bit hit and miss, the on site pub looked a bit shabby and the toilets were blocked, unfortunately we were unable to get a takeaway although it was highly recommended. The site had new managers shortly before we arrived and when we spoke to them they seemed highly enthusiastic to turn the place around, we are hoping to return to see the improvement 😀

Ik was blij met Been before and love the location with easy access to the river for paddling and swimming. New owners very responsive and keen to help everyone have a great stay. Great food from the Smokehouse. Great entertainment and friendly atmosphere in the ClubHouse - we will be back!

Ik was niet blij met New owners have been left with a lot of maintenance to do on the site - wishing you both well with it all - you will soon have it up to your standards!

Ik was blij met New management were fantastic, so friendly and helpful,
Clear to see they are doing a great job with maintaining and updating the site,
We are at the buns on the run which is in the pub and wow food was insane! Great prices and the loaded fries were amazing! The pub had bingo and karaoke while we was there,
Although the pool is not heated it’s a great addition to the site we braved it every day and really woke us up, the park is great my daughter loved it

Overall a great site I stayed in the pod was ment to be 3 days booked for an extra 2! Great place for kids, family’s and even solo trip! Beautiful walks along the river and so close to tattershall for shops and food,

Have booked 2 more stayed here !
