Disliked Staff unhelpful when we arrived and had problems weren’t interested and didn’t help. Nothing to do on-site have to walk to any parks etc

Liked Beautiful location. The site was very well kept, clean and the toilet / washroom facilities were excellent.

Disliked Very minor issue was that the shower tap didn't hold for very long (circa 3-4 seconds) so I had to either lean against the button or repeatedly press it whilst trying to wash the shampoo out of my hair.

Liked Very nice location and site.

Disliked Water leakage on several paths causing puddles. Showers did not have anywhere to put toiletries or sit / place items / bag etc. ladies toilets clean but with a damp unpleasant odour. Jogging / walking track around the site created noise and disturbance in morning from many joggers etc,talking loudly.

We're sorry that some aspects of your stay didn't meet your expectations. Your comments regarding the puddles on the paths, the shower facilities, and the odour in the ladies' toilets have been noted and shared with our team so we can investigate and make improvements where possible.

Regarding the morning noise from joggers, we'd like to mention that the surrounding parkland and walking/running routes are managed by the local council. They regularly host community events, including organised park runs, which take place independently of our site and are unfortunately beyond our control. We appreciate that this may have impacted your stay and thank you for your understanding.

Liked Good access road and well maintained pitches and toilet.

Disliked Washing up area and rubbish area weren't particularly well maintained compared to the rest of the site.

Liked Toilets and showers well maintained. Push button showers, very warm, control not available. It is what it is. Good pressure. Has a hairdryer.
Great walking options around the lake. Restaurant along the track.

Site was very tidy and well maintained.

Disliked Showers had very short time before button needed pressing again . Also showers needed a shelf / basket for shampoos etc
