Syntes om There is a wonderful playpark for the kids, a paddling pool and amazing walks around the lake. The kids enjoyed feeding the ducks every morning and going to the park. Everyone we met there was super friendly and the kids bonded with others quickly. We were only stopping over on our way to lego land so didnt have a long stay but will definitely consider visiting this campsite again.

Syntes om Beautiful woodland surroundings. Toilet and shower facilities were spot on. Had a really peaceful night's sleep after a lovely evening's walk around the area. We were only there one night as stop off before visiting Legoland (which was an easy drive away) but we wished we were staying longer.

We’re sorry that the presence of ants affected your stay. As a woodland park, we are naturally surrounded by wildlife and insects, and unfortunately ants are an outdoor pest that can be difficult to completely prevent. We do, however, take reasonable measures to manage pests and maintain a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope you otherwise enjoyed your stay with us.

We’re pleased to hear that you found our staff friendly, the pitches spacious, and the location quiet.

We’re sorry to hear about the issues you experienced during your stay. Our maintenance team is on site at weekends, although they may not always be visible around the site. There is an emergency contact number provided in the arrival email and is also displayed on the reception door should guests have any concerns or require assistance.

We’re particularly sorry that the toilet facilities had not been checked regularly enough and that there was no toilet paper available. We will remind the team to ensure the facilities are checked and replenished consistently, including at weekends.

We also appreciate your feedback regarding the tradespeople staying on site and understand how this could be disruptive for guests leaving early for work. We will take your comments on board.
