Liked My pitch was in a perfect location, almost next to the facilities and fairly close to the site exit. Nice flat pitch too. The facilities were well kept and the office /cafe was a welcome addition. I'm sure there is more to explore due to the site's location so I think I'll be back.

Liked What a great, massive, campsite with excellent, clean facilities. A surprise addition was the resident Peacock singing every day. 😊

Liked Well organised with great facilities. The owners were very helpful with suggestions for local walks and local places to eat. Really enjoyed my stay.

Liked The location is amazing and there is plenty of room to find your own space. Eating out wasn't an issue, there's the Keswick golf club, the Horse and Farrier in Threlkeld and The White Horse in Scales. All within walking distance. Plus the Salutation in Thelkeld for a quiet pint.

Disliked Really needs more toilet and shower facilities especially at busier times. Only a small niggle but finding that a trip to Keswick was needed for bread and milk as there are no shops nearby.
