Liked Pitch had nice view of The Roaches.

Disliked Nothing to dry your hands on after using the toilets. No hot water to wash up. I’d probably stay again if travelling without a child, just as a base camp.

Liked Fantastic bank holiday break, spacious tidy pitches, beautiful scenic views. Pub is beautiful, very friendly, happy staff, delicious food & drinks. Clean toilet block, and great showers. Highly reccomend.

Liked Lovely friendly front of house lady greeted us, dog friendly lounge bar/restaurant. Access to sandy beach. New shower/toilet facilities, love the idea of everything in one cubicle shower/toilet/sink etc Highlight…. Heated towel rail 😊

Disliked Shower rooms were amazing, except having seen cleaners attend to clean,there was a clump of hair in the drain of one cubicle for the duration of our stay unfortunately. (2 nights)

Liked Spacious pitch, welcoming hosts. Mix up with our dinner reservation however the staff accommodated us, great food. Brand new shower/toilet facilities were an added bonus. My highlight … the cockerel alarm clock 😄

Liked Friendly & helpful staff, very clean & tidy site. Bar & restaurant was a lovely addition, reasonably priced. Home cooked meals. Ideally located for a walk into Whitby. Overall, fantastic site, we shall return and highly recommend.

Liked Friendly & inviting welcome upon arrival, shown around & to our pitch. Clean facilities, lovely 10 minute walk to a beautiful beach. The castle Inn pub in Manobier village was 5* lovely views from our table & delicious food.

Disliked The fact that people can’t clean up after themselves ( washing up facilities left dirty and sinks full of food etc ) then the campsite owners are having negative reviews for such things.
