A aimé Friendly welcome, staff very helpful. Wonderful pet friendly bar/restaurant. Delicious home cooked food and reasonably priced both food and drinks. Nice quiet pitch, clean facilities. WiFi within the bar complex,

N'a pas aimé We only found out about dogs not being allowed in nature reserve upon our arrival, we did find a wooded walk within the site though which was a nice bonus.

A aimé Pitch had nice view of The Roaches.

N'a pas aimé Nothing to dry your hands on after using the toilets. No hot water to wash up. I’d probably stay again if travelling without a child, just as a base camp.

A aimé Lovely friendly front of house lady greeted us, dog friendly lounge bar/restaurant. Access to sandy beach. New shower/toilet facilities, love the idea of everything in one cubicle shower/toilet/sink etc Highlight…. Heated towel rail 😊

N'a pas aimé Shower rooms were amazing, except having seen cleaners attend to clean, there was a clump of hair in the drain of one cubicle for the duration of our stay unfortunately. (2 nights)

Réponse du gestionnaire : Thank you for your review Claire. We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed the warm welcome, dog‑friendly bar and restaurant, beach access and the new shower facilities — especially the heated towel rail. We’re sorry to hear about the issue with cleanliness in one of the shower drains and appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as this is not the standard we aim to maintain. Best wishes, Team Verdant

A aimé Spacious pitch, welcoming hosts. Mix up with our dinner reservation however the staff accommodated us, great food. Brand new shower/toilet facilities were an added bonus. My highlight … the cockerel alarm clock 😄

N'a pas aimé Nothing.

A aimé Friendly & inviting welcome upon arrival, shown around & to our pitch. Clean facilities, lovely 10 minute walk to a beautiful beach. The castle Inn pub in Manobier village was 5* lovely views from our table & delicious food.

N'a pas aimé The fact that people can’t clean up after themselves ( washing up facilities left dirty and sinks full of food etc ) then the campsite owners are having negative reviews for such things.
