Liked A simple site with spacious level pitches. Facilities well maintained . Friendly owners and staff. Would happily recommend.

Disliked Not really a dislike but only two. W C's and one shower, wasn't a problem but could be.

From the manager: Hi Thank you very much for your review much appreciated. We do have two toilets and urinals in mens section and a ladies seperate with another toilet in the shower room. This is 90% of the time more than enough as most caravans and motor homes have their own facilities. We would 100% like to improve and add facilities but a juggle whilst trying to keep site fees as reasonable as possible at £24. Regards Louise

Liked Location is very good for visiting Much Wenlock and Ironbridge. Site is what it says on the tin. Simple but adequate if you are reasonably self contained. Price is realistic for the area.

Liked Very nice campsite with a traditional French friendly feel. Good size pitches with clean and well maintained facilities. Extremely helpful reception staff. Good value site. Swimming pool , cafe / bar etc good,

Disliked Not a criticism, but the geographic location places this site close to beaches which although ideal for sunbathing the tide goes out a very long way making swimming almost impossible.

Liked Clean, well kept grass area. Friendly welcome and very good pub food. Five miles from Sandringham. Ideal as long as you are self contained.

Liked Good location for visiting Paris and sensibly priced. Facilities adequate. No complaints, toilets etc clean, did not use restaurant but it looked good.

Liked Lakeside location. Friendly greeting on arrival and escorted to our pitch just metres from the lake. Convenient hookup and water. Fresh bread etc. Available daily from a very nice restaurant. Superb swimming pool to compete with the lake. Toilets, showers etc. Very good and always clean.

Disliked No real dislikes although rubbish disposal a bit of a trek.

Liked The site is equipped to be completely automatic in terms of check-in etc. but we were greeted by Sarah who guided us to our plot and told us of the site facilities along with local amenities. Throughout our stay Sarah and/or her husband Wayne were always onhand if needed and it was a pleasure to have such friendly managers. Facilities were good and kept clean and the site was well maintained with both grass and gravel pitches on a level site.

Disliked Shame the pub was not open but otherwise no complaints.

Liked Very friendly greeting upon arrival and allocation of pitch. Well kept site with hook-up, drinking water, sluice and rubbish disposal all handy. Pub serves good food at very sensible prices. Convenient for visiting Sandringham which is about 4 or 5 miles away.

Liked We have no hesitation in recommending this site. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The location is good, within walking distance of the town. As we were staying in our motorhome for only two nights and we are self contained and therefore had no need or use of the site facilities, so unable to comment on these. Enjoyable stop, will use again.

Liked Basic field site with very limited facilities due to corvid restrictions. Very friendly welcome upon arrival and a genuine atmosphere to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

Liked Paid in advance and this is well into low season. Well kept site, no-one to receive us but a large site plan by the entrance had our name and which area to park in. Toilets, showers and wash basins in a new block. Very clean and obviously well maintained. Plenty of water points around the site. Dish washing area could be a little distant dependant on your pitch. Can recommend.
