We are by a main road, this is easily checked when looking at a map,it is at an intersection of 2 A roads, it's convenient and not loud or noisy in most people's opinion. Our location is not a secret. 'It's very wet and muddy'- It is January. It is Herefordshire. You were camping in a field after a considerable series of storms and rains.Without trying to be too harsh on your ability to grasp this- why are you surprised that a field is wet and muddy after it rains? We unsurprisingly have no control over the weather. We wish we did. The food is always spectacular, we have very experienced and dilligent Chef and everyone who eats here is always food checked, that is we always ask after a few moments if everything is alright. That is the time to raise anything amiss not by review a few days later. We also interestingly can't find any record of you having eaten with us, perhaps you would like to supply us with your receipt telling us when and what you ate? We pride ourselves on our customer service and food, and feel that this review is spurious and not a reflection of our business whatsoever.

Liked Location amazing. Great views. Quiet. No1 there. Very peaceful.

Disliked Guy strimming grass at 7.30am. No1 to speak to at all. That cud be good or bad. All pitches on a slope.
