What customers say
The Hop Farm campsite is lauded for its spacious grounds, facilitating private pitching and a relaxed vibe. Guests enjoy river access for water sports and the helpful staff. Facilities are generally clean, though some find them distant from their pitch. Lack of on-site activities and a children's play area are noted. Electric pitches can be tight, and some noise is occasionally reported.

From the manager: Thank you for your loyalty in choosing to stay with us and that you enjoy your visits.
The smoking of cannabis is illegal in the UK in public and private spaces, had we been made aware of this we could have dealt with it at the time.
We do a nightly check at 10pm and if we see children on bikes we ask them to return to their parents especially when dark.
We look forward to welcoming you again.

Enjoyed a lovely few days away…
Primitive grass campsite
Liked Enjoyed a lovely few days away camping with our 2 dogs. Huge site with plenty of space and room away from others if not having electric hook up. The more remote the pitch, the further away from the facilities but worth the trade off for the peace and privacy and only a couple of minutes drive to showers (which were hot and clean and no queuing!). Given a map on arrival and no issues during our stay- we def hope to return as it was great value for money and beautiful surroundings.

Ok
Powered cement/asphalt and grass travel trailer campsite
Liked Quite flat
Disliked No shops near me
Chinese doesn’t do takeaway
Nothing to do
Recommend to friends Visit again
From the manager: There is a local shop 20 minutes walk or 2 minute drive, paddock Wood is less than 3 miles away and for a supermarket like Asda it is about a 15 to 20 minute drive.
When you look to book on Pitch-up we do not advertise as having any entertainment or play park, there are country and river walks from the campsite and the emphasis is on being outdoors enjoying each other’s company.
There are takeaways and restaurants in the area that deliver to the touring barrier, menus on display in the reception/shop.
I would definitely go back but needs more facilities to be a 10/10
Primitive grass campsite
Liked Freedom to pitch up wherever you want to.
Location for easy access to river.
Lovely and clean
Fab walks
We stayed on the non electric pitches
Disliked The site needs more toilets and definitely more water points. To have a site that big with only one block of toilets and showers and one water point is really not good
