Liked Amazing views and a peaceful atmosphere. Good location as close to Aberystwyth. Everything was spotless!

Disliked The updated facilities will be good. It's lacking a little bit of character at the moment but I'm sure this will be there once completed.

Liked The most amazing view!!!
A lovely camp site with really nice staff. Swimming pool was great, not too cold and clean! Bathrooms were nice and clean. The facilities overall were great.

Disliked I loved our pitch but it was a bit close to the playground - lots of screaming kids. However they were all gone by 9pm thankfully. Showers could do with somewhere to put your stuff while your shower.

As you visited during the summer holidays, the playground is naturally one of the busiest areas of the park and is very popular with families making the most of their holiday. We also appreciate your comments regarding storage space in the showers. I'm pleased to say that our new washroom facilities, currently under construction, have been designed with guest feedback in mind and will include improved shower layouts with practical shelving, hooks and additional space for personal belongings. We hope these upgrades will provide a much more comfortable experience for our guests.

Liked Fantastic views, friendly staff, fab little pool and immaculately clean facilities. The staff were keeping the toilets and showers cleaned from morning to night, they're busy building some new facilities too so I expect they will be even more sparkly once they are open!
Great mid week offer meant we had a fantastic price too.

Liked The gorgeous view, the cleanliness of the toilets, beautiful floral planters, friendly staff, great playground for the kids which was empty by 9pm (staff enforced this) and site was very quiet after about 10pm. Loved the pool and the facilities poolside were lovely, very clean and modern.

Disliked Ground is rocky and therefore very difficult to pitch. We are aware that the ground was dry due to recent hot weather, but most pegs were only going in up to about 5cm and then hitting rock, therefore taking a lot longer to pitch than normal. Recommend taking rock pegs. Building work going on (not loud) which wasn't a big inconvenience, but would love to see what the new facilities are like, as current bathrooms in need of upgrade.

As you mentioned, much of the country experienced an extended period of exceptionally dry weather this summer, which left the ground much harder than usual. Unfortunately, this can make pitching more challenging on many campsites, particularly in coastal and rocky locations such as ours. We agree that rock pegs are a useful addition during prolonged dry spells.

We're also pleased to hear that the building works caused minimal disruption during your stay. The new facilities currently under construction will be a significant improvement for guests, and we're looking forward to welcoming visitors once they're complete.

Easy access to water and electric hookup.
Clean and tidy site, including communal areas, facilities and grounds.
Our children loved the swimming pool and park.
Great to have access to the pebble beach.
